| The mesh fabric with less guide bars has been widely used in many fields such as garment industry,home decoration industry and industrial application due to its mesh variability and high speed.It has broad application prospects.At present,the domestic knitting CAD system in the function of structure design and simulation is relatively complete,but because of the research that deformation of the loop structure is not deep enough,the simulation function of the mesh fabric with less guide bars is poor,so the domestic warp enterprises are still using manual methods to design this fabric.In order to solve this problem,a three-dimensional model of loop loop-formed stitch and weft insertion warp-knitted stitch is constructed by measuring the actual loop size of the square mesh fabric,and the simulation of the loop is realized.And further explore the relationship between mesh deformation and loop structure.Consider the typical mesh fabric with less guide bars as an example to conduct deformation analysis,clarify the essence of mesh deformation,and finally achieve fabric deformation simulation.In this paper,we first analyze the structure of warp knitted mesh fabric with less guide bars,clarify the basic structure and the loop cover rule of this fabric,and lay a theoretical foundation for the geometric modeling and simulation of fabric loop.Then,according to the study on the structural characteristics of the same structure of weft insertion warp-knitted type square mesh fabric with different raw materials and the density,established the ideal model by the control point,line and circle curve composed loop unit of loop-formed stich and weft insertion warp-knitted stitch.Through four weft insertion warp-knitted type square mesh fabric sample with the same stitch and different raw materials and density from experiments,was analyze 20 parts loop on each sample to measure the loop paramete and obtain the proportional relationship among the parameters,to determine the coordinates of the control points,obtains a function of each line or curve.To establish loop geometry model on the OpenGL 3D graphics library and realize the computer simulation based on the model loop.Finally,this paper investigated the principle and influence factors of the mesh fabric with less guide bars mesh deformation.Through the deformation analysis of two typical warp mesh fabric with atlas stitch rhombic mesh and weft insertion warp-knitted stitch weft insertion warp-knitted stitch,the cause of mesh deformation is obtained.Then,according to the loop-formed stitch loop of ideal model,the deformation of the loop is calculated,and the deformation model is obtained.The control point coordinates and the function relationship of each line or curve between the control point is determined,and the deformation simulation of the loop is realized.According to the theory of spring-particle model of the loop,the deformation simulation of the mesh fabric with less guide bars is realized.The research provides a theoretical basis for the prediction of mesh shape in the design of warp knitted mesh fabric.It saves the time of technological production and avoids the waste of raw materials during trial weaving. |
