Research And Analysis On The Deformation Of Lathe Bed Guideway

The subject comes from the fact that the bending deformation produced during the heat treatment and quenching of the guideway during the manufacturing process of the lathe bed;it has a great influence on the machining of the lathe bed and the assembly quality of the whole machine,In the manufacturing process,the production efficiency and the processing cost are restricted,and the uncertainty of the stability of the whole machine tool is also produced.As the main supporting and guiding parts of the machine tool,the bed has a great influence on the performance of the machine tool.With the increasing requirement of high precision and precision for machinery and equipment,the precision requirements are getting higher and higher for the components of machinery and equipment,especially for the components of machine tools as the mother machine in manufacturing industry,In this paper,the following contents are studied around the bending error research and compensation technology of the lathe bed guide rail:1.Firstly,the lathe bed is studied in this paper,based on the bending deformation of the bed during quenching,the mechanical model and physical model of the bed guide rail beam under different loads are established.2.Calculate the load acting on the bed guide rail beam,establish the deflection displacement model of the bed guide rail beam,and deduce the mathematical model,then the static analysis is carried out with the finite element analysis software,and the displacement values at different positions of the guideway beam are obtained,and the deformation curve of the guideway beam is fitted.3.Based on the theoretical model of the deformation of the bed,the inverse deflection deformation curve model of the bed guide beam under different loads is established.Thus,a theoretical model with very high coincidence of practical situation is established.4.The bending deformation of the guideway beam of the bed is compensated by adopting different methods of correcting and compensating,and the pre-stressed deflection deformation is compensated by modifying and compensating,at the same time,combined with the interpolation advantage of NC machine tool profile modification compensation.
