Silver has good thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity.In particular,surface plasmon of silver particles in nanoscale can enhance the surface Raman scattering,surface fluorescence,catalytic activity of nanomaterials and so on.Therefore,it is widely used in many fields.It is useful to enhanced photoelectric properties of nanomaterials by coated nanosilver particles(AgNPs)to the formation of nanocomposites,such as AgNPs coated carbon nanotubes(CNTs@AgNPs),AgNPs coated Polystyrene microspheres(PS@ AgNPs).In this study AgNPs with high-solid content and small diameter,CNTs@AgNPs and PS@ AgNPs are achieved by situ reducing silver nitrate through chemical method,which are applied for the 3D-P flexible printed printing,photoelectric catalysis,cold cathode field emission,respectiv ely.The morphologies of products are characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and transmission electron microscope(TEM),when the structure and photoelectric properties are investigated by X-ray diffraction spectrum(XRD),Uv-vis absorption spectroscopy(UV-vis),infrared spectrum(IR),four point probe,et al.The results show that the morphologies and density of either AgNPs ink or AgNPs coating are controllable.AgNPs ink size can be uniform at 20 nm and the solid content is over 14%.After sintering at the temperature as low as 200 ?,the resistance of silver film based on AgNPs can be as low as 17m?/?,which established the foundation for the application of nano silver ink in the flexible circuit.After coating the AgNPs on the surface of CNTs,the field emission of nanocomposties cathode is obviously improved.The threshold electric field can plummet to0.36v/?m.Different from non-catalytic PS,the photocatalytic activity of PS@AgNPs isobviously.The results show that it can degrade 49% of RHB in 90 min.All the above results proved that the photonic and electrical properties of nanomaterials coated by AgNPs are developed,which means prospects for application.
