The rice straw were burned or returning treatment,in abandoned farmland.Straw burning is not only a waste of resources,but also pollute the environment,and returning the way will make methane emissions increase,increase the greenhouse effect.The liquefaction of rice straw into chemical raw materials,not only to enhance the utilization value of rice straw,and can substitute for fuel oil products,so as to relieve the pressure of the shortage of petrochemical resources.China's food waste oil production is huge,annually produces 5 million tons,if not to take timely measures corresponding to the recovery and solve to the problem,not only will cause a huge waste of resources,but also on the environment caused serious The food waste oil processing pollution.Biodiesel is widely considered to be the effective way of comprehensive utilization of waste oil in catering,but the use of processing into glycerol from the by-product produced in the process of the biodiesel industry problems to be solved,the crude glycerol as liquefaction agent,not only provides a new way for the utilization of crude glycerol,and reduce the liquefaction cost.Therefore,the polyethylene glycol and crude glycerol as liquefaction agent on rice straw liquefaction,preparation of polyurethane foam and the use of liquefied products.The article on the rice straw liquefaction were studied.The selection of polyethylene glycol 400 and crude glycerol(w:w=4:1)as liquefaction agent,sulfuric acid as catalyst on the liquefaction temperature,solid-liquid ratio,catalyst dosage(relative to the quality of liquefaction agent),the main parameters influencing the liquefaction time of rice straw liquefaction effect,and carries on the analysis.On the basis of single factor test,orthogonal test conditions on rice straw liquefaction process optimization,optimal conditions: reaction time 120 min,liquefaction temperature of 180 DEG C,the amount of catalyst 3%(relative to the quality of liquefaction agent),solid-liquid ratio 0.2.Under these conditions,the residual rate of liquefaction products was 2.8%,the viscosity value was 966 m.Pa.s,the hydroxyl value was 207.48 mg.KOH/g,and the acid value was 45.32 mg.KOH/g,which met the requirements of polyurethane foam prepared from polyol.Under the optimum conditions of rice straw liquefaction,liquefied product as a preparation of polyurethane foam for new chemical materials.Study of isocyanate index,surfactant dosage(silicone oil),effect of foaming agent on the properties of polyurethane foam,determine the reasonable process conditions for the preparation of polyurethane foam material.The performance of polyurethane foam were analyzed.The compression strength of 120.35 kPa foams,the apparent density of 36.34kg/m3,to meet the basic requirements of building insulation with rigid polyurethane foam,which confirmed that using crude glycerol and preparation of rice straw stalk preparation of polyurethane foam is feasible.The texture of rice straw polyurethane foam was determined.The hardness was 3058.981 g,the elastic modulus was E=39.35%,and the maximum puncture force was 1100g.
