As the basic guarantee for the existence of life,air is not as pure as we see.A large number of harmful gases and inhalable particles of fine particles suspended in the air are attached to the virus and bacteria.When they enter the body,they can directly make adult respiratory,cardiovascular and central nervous systems.It may even cause lung and systemic inflammation,increasing the risk of arteriosclerosis and hyperlipidemia.And cause arrhythmia and high blood pressure.It can be seen that improving air quality and reducing the content of suspended particulates in the air are necessary for environmental protection and human health.Polyester and polypropylene are two kinds of very common polymers,which are characterized by porous filter materials formed after spinning or melt blowing.After high pressure electret,the surface of the material has a certain positive and negative charge.These charges can be used to adsorb a variety of tiny particles and achieve the purpose of high filtration efficiency,but often due to the purpose of high filtration efficiency.In charge of material surface emission faster,the filtration efficiency will decrease with the increase of time.There are two ways to improve charge storage properties of polypropylene electret materials.First,by increasing the degree of deformation of the crystalline material and machinery,the structure of the material is changed,the pore channel is formed slender,and the charge drift is prevented.Two the charge storage property is introduced to produce the charge trap charge.On the basis of this theory,on the basis of the spontaneous polarization effect of tourmaline,the stability of the idea of adding the tourmaline with polypropylene melted electret filter material to improve the electret body is proposed,and silica(Si O2)and barium titanate(Ba Ti O3)are studied with the electret properties of the materials,but the tourmaline range,silicon dioxide and titanium.Barium acid is inorganic and must be modified to achieve good compatibility with polypropylene.In order to solve the problem that the electret of the electret material is unstable and is easily affected by the external environmental factors,the filtration efficiency is reduced.Polytetrafluoroethylene is selected as the electret additive in various organic additives.After the hybrid treatment,the content of the polypropylene particles is 0,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.5%,respectively.0.6% and 0.8% polytetrafluoroethylene superfine powder,using the melt spray and electret technology to prepare the polypropylene melted electret material to prepare the melt blown filter samples with different fiber fineness and surface density,and then through electrostatic electret treatment,and test the related properties of the prepared materials to study the influence of various conditions on the filtration performance of the samples.The experiment shows that when the amount of PTFE is 0.1%,the nonwoven melt blown filter material has the best filtration performance.Thus,a small amount of PTFE can be used to improve the filtration performance of polypropylene filter media,and its storage charge and charge stability have been improved.It can be seen from the electron microscope that polytetrafluoroethylene can cause uneven mesh structure of polypropylene melt blown material and increase the number of droplets,which will affect the properties of the material.Therefore,this subject uses fluorine surfactant to modify the PTFE and prepare the modified PTFE/polypropylene mixture which can be used in the melt spray process.It is proved that the organic modification of PTFE and polypropylene by fluorine surfactant is effective,and the phase compatibility between the two is improved and the PTFE is dispersed in the polypropylene melt.The sex is better.Subsequently,the modified PTFE melted filter materials with 35g/m~2,55g/m~2 and 70g/m~2 were prepared,and their apparent morphology,filtration performance and charge storage property were tested respectively.The results show that when the mass fraction of PTFE is 0.6% and the surface density is70g/m~2,the filtration efficiency of the melted filter material is the highest,and the corresponding filtration efficiency is the slowest with the external environment.
