CNC machine tools have become an indispensable tool for today's manufacturing industry that wants to rapidly develop.Large-scale production equipment such as machine tools is already an important reserve military force for a country,an important symbol of comprehensive national power,and it affects the development of military,economic and other important fields in the world.As the main manufacturing equipment,CNC machine tools have become a research hotspot.The health of the CNC machine tools and the no defective products are all very important to the development of all industries.How to ensure the performance of the machine tool and ensure that the precision index of the machine tool meets the standard and how to quality and quantity production and processing products In the premise of not affecting the service life of the machine tool is the key to the research of machine tool equipment.The positioning accuracy of CNC machine tools is an important factor which affecs its performance.The two main reasons affecting the positioning accuracy of CNC machine tools are the backlash error and pitch error of the machine tool.The software compensation method of CNC machine tool can effectively reduce the backlash error and pitch error of the machine tool,thereby effectively improving the positioning accuracy of the machine tool,and is widely used in the error compensation of machine tools.In order to further reduce the positioning error and improve the accuracy of machine tools,ensure that the machine is normal and has a normal life,this paper presents a new error compensation algorithm called speed control algorithm,which is effectively enhancing the accurary of CNC machine tools by controling the feeding speed of the machine tools to realize the backlash compensation and the pitch error compensation.The XL-80 laser interferometer from British Renishaw Company is used to test the positioning accurary of the CAK3665 machine tools which is configured with L10 CNC systems of Shenyang Institute of Computing Technology developed in freedom.Though the on-line compensation experiment and the analysis of the data befor error compensation and after error compensation,the result shows that the positioning error of z axis is reduced from 11.3 ?m to 1.6 ?m by using this proposed method,and the decreasing range is 86%.The method has certain application prospect.
