Study On Treatment And Utilization Of Waste From Pig Production In Hebei Province

Since the 21 st century,China's hog breeding industry has been developing in the direction of scale,intensification and modernization.While the pig breeding industry is developing rapidly,the number of hog farming wastes has also increased substantially.Pig farming pollution causes damage to cultivated land,water bodies,air and human and livestock health,including organic pollutants in excreta and sewage pollute surface water and groundwater with surface runoff or storage tank leakage,and pig farm manure contributes to eutrophication of farmland.The odor and greenhouse gases generated from the accumulation of pig manure can cause atmospheric pollution.Diseased dead pigs and urine may also contain pathogenic microorganisms and various parasite eggs,leading to biological contamination.Hebei Province is a major province of China's pig breeding.Although attention has been given to the management and utilization of pig breeding waste,there are still problems of returning to fields,difficulties in use,difficulties in control,and difficulties in popularization.Therefore,it is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of green pig farming in Hebei Province by conducting in-depth research on the management and utilization of pig breeding waste.This study is guided by the theory of agricultural ecological economics and circular economy,based on a large number of field surveys,and a comprehensive study based on literature.Taking the management and utilization of pig breeding waste in Hebei Province as the research object,first,by consulting the data,the types and hazards of pig breeding waste in Hebei Province were analyzed,and the amount of pig manure and pollutants produced in Hebei Province was estimated using the formula.Analysis of the pollution of hog breeding waste in Hebei province from the perspective of total production and regional pollution;Secondly,combing the policy background and treatment status of hog waste management and resource utilization in Hebei province,combining the field investigation case to the nearest resort to the use of land in Hebei Province and the integration of the park A detailed analysis of the three types of governance and utilization patterns of resource utilization and centralized management of regional specialization enterprises to find out problems existed in the management and resource utilization of live pigs in Hebei Province:(1)The effect of governance is significantly affected by the scale of cultivation ofthe main government,Disjointed structure;(2)Waste treatment cost is high,terminal products are less competitive(3)Science and technology support is not in place,technology backwards restricts governance and use model long-term promotion(4)Policy and supervision lack continuity and effectiveness;Third,learn from domestic and foreign outstanding breeding Waste Management and Resource Utilization Models Draw inspiration;Finally,the presence of pig waste treatment and utilization Hebei Province outstanding problems and experiences and inspiration at home and abroad,put forward suggestions Hebei pig breeding waste management and resource utilization.This paper proposes the following countermeasures:(1)Optimize the layout of the planting industry structure,steadily promote land transfer,optimize the scale of pig production,sign a settlement or land lease agreement to ensure the consumption of land,encourage self-consumption of self-recycling,refinement and improvement Specific technical indicators and standards for pig manure returning to realize the integration and development of planting and breeding industries;(2)Adopting effective measures to reduce the treatment costs of pig wastes and improving the economic benefits of the use of end-use products;(3)Breakthroughs in pig manure reduction technology,pigs Non-hazardous waste technology,high-value solid-state organic fertilizer conversion technology,liquid manure biogas utilization technology,harmlessness and resource utilization technology of dead pigs,bottleneck of environmental safety assessment technology,innovation of pig breeding waste management and resource utilization Method;(4)Improve the guideline for the treatment of specific aquaculture waste,refine policies for technical specifications,increase the threshold of pollution indicators,and pay attention to the management of pig waste from prenatal and postnatal production Every procedure in the postpartum period is law-based,numberable,emphasizing policy practicality,guidance,and generality;(5)broadening the scope of governance of the government supervision,defining the norms of their own governance behavior,increasing supervision,severely punishing Illegal farming practices,strict control of the ecological red line,and rational establishment of banishment areas and restricted areas,we must pay attention to the follow-up after the ban on supervision,improve the ecological restoration work,simplify business relocation procedures,diversification of policy tools to catch both.
