The rapid development of livestock and poultry industry has made great contribution to China's economic development and the improvement of people's living standards.However,the development of agriculture and animal husbandry is out of line,the method of fecal pollution treatment is backward,and the management of environmental pollution is backward,so that livestock and poultry waste and sewage are not effectively eliminated and treated,thus becoming a major public hazard of environmental pollution.It is urgent to make use of the waste resources.Xinjiang production and construction corps division is one of the main pastoral areas in our country and the livestock product output,but fragile ecological environment in the region,the livestock and poultry breeding waste emissions is higher,but the breeding waste resource utilization degree is not high,in order to analyze the concrete influence factors,this study on the division of aquaculture waste emissions of concrete measure,and analyze the potential on the resource utilization,the division of aquaculture waste resource utilization,on the basis of a preliminary understanding,through the empirical analysis of 466 questionnaires survey data,master the influence division of livestock and poultry breeding the influence factors of waste resource utilization,finally come to a conclusion as follows:?1?the annual discharge of pig manure is the first of five groups,accounting for 22.2%to25.8%of the total emission;A regiment followed;At the very least,three regiments,the amount of excretion of pig manure in the past year accounted for only about 1%of total pig fecal urine.?2?the utilization of waste of livestock and poultry in the first division is mainly fermentable,accounting for more than 93%of the total use,indicating that its resource utilization is simple and the utilization rate is low.?3?the amount of waste discharged by the first division of livestock and poultry is maintained at about 1.25 million tons,and the annual production capacity of resource utilization is 4479.27million m³·a^-1,12.27m³·d^-1.The gas production of bog in pig manure is so large that there is a large potential yield of biogas resources.If again on the waste recycling,into biogas resources,not only can reduce the pollution to the environment,at the same time can also be used in daily life electricity and fuel,realize recycling of energy.?4?67.3 percent of the farmers are willing to make use of the breeding waste,and 32.7%of the farmers choose not to.It can be seen that the majority of farmers are willing to make use of the breeding waste.Through empirical analysis,it is found that the higher the education degree is,the easier it is to adopt the resource utilization method of breeding waste.Farmers'understanding of resource utilization,government propaganda and financial subsidies have promoted the utilization of resources.
