China is a country which can product and use a large of coal,and coal been the main energy sources of our country in a long time.However,with the exploitation of coal,the problems of wetland degradation,ground fracture,land subsidence,water resource loss,groundwater pollution and other ecological environment,hydrogeology and other problems are following.Due to the shortage of water resources,more and more attentions are payed to the impact of coal mining on groundwater.The Gujiao mining area is located in the northwest corner of Xishan coalfield,and in the Gujaio city of Shanxi Province,it is rich in coking coal,which is the main coking coal production area in China.The mine is also located in the area of Jinci spring area,which is located in the northwest direction of Jinci spring,which is about 37.5 kilometers apart.Shanxi's famous Jinci spring area was severed in 1994,and the relevant departments have carried out the related work of the complex flow of the Jinci spring.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out research on the impact of groundwater environmental by coal mining in the mining area of Gujiao.The authors collected information on meteorological conditions,topography,geological and hydrogeological conditions of the ancient mining area,in order to study the effect of coal mining on groundwater quality and water quantity in ancient mining area,the water samples in the study area analysis was adopted,and the water quality analysis and groundwater numerical simulation were carried out through the collected groundwater level monitoring data.The total hardness,solubility total solid,nitric acid root,sulfuric acid and chloride were selected as the evaluation parameters to evaluate the water samples by Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the final results is most of the water samples quality is good,and is given priority to with?level of water.By mapping out the water quality map,we can know?level of samples'location are selected near from coal mining enterprises,the content of SO42-in those samples is higher than others in generally,the degree of contamination is serious.To study the effect of coal mining on groundwater flow,based on the karst aquifer in the study area,the model of karst groundwater was simulated by using MODFLOW model.Using the karst groundwater monitoring data in 2010 on the study area,the identification and validation of the model,after many modification of hydrogeological parameters,get the model can match with the actual flow finally.There are two groundwater descending funnels in the underground water flow field in the study area,located in the coal mining enterprises and the population gathering areas.Using the established model to predict the groundwater flow field in 2020,and the prediction results show that the overall water level of karst is decreases in the study area,the area of the landing funnel is increases,and the maximum water level falls is 13m.
