Bronze alloy,with great mechanical property,good wear-resisting and corrosion property,excellent heat and cold workability,is wildly used to manufacture high duty wear resisting parts applied in complex working conditions.With the development of industry,traditional bronze alloy is incapable of satisfying the need of development.In recent years,the research of domestic and overseas' learners mainly focus on research new high strength and wear resistant.For the joint reinforcement of different treatments,there is less research.In this paper,the mainly research is the combinational influence of traditional heat treatment,cryogenic treatment and laser shock process on the mechanical property,microstructure and wear property of bronze alloy.Optical microscope(OM),Scan electron microscope(SEM)as well as its Energy dispersive spectrum(EDS)were used to microstructure observation wear appearance analysis and wear mechanism.Through comparison and analysis of different treatment process samples under different load,it revealed that the cryogenic treatment and laser shock processing have great effect on the reinforcement mechanism of the friction and wear properties of aluminum bronze al oy.Analysis results indicates that,(1)Compared with traditional solid solution and aging treatment,cryogenic treatment has a slight positive strengthening effect on the mechanical property and wear resistance of bronze alloy.(2)Compared with the solid solution and aging treatment,the combination of cryogenic treatment with solid solution and aging treatment can further improve the mechanical properties and frictional and wear properties of aluminum bronze alloy.(3)In order to make full use of solid solution + aging + cryogenic treatment's reinforcement,the cryogenic processing time was optimized.As a result,cryogenic treatment time of 2 h can obtained best grain refining and performance of aluminum bronze alloy organization.(4)Laser shock processing,as a new strengthening method,has great effect on improving alloy's mechanical and wear properties.The mechanical properties as well as frictional and wear properties of aluminum bronze alloys can be further improved by the combination of solid solution,aging treatment,cryogenic treatment and laser shock process.(5)The study optimized solid solution,aging treatment,cryogenic treatment and laser shock processing technology.Aluminum bronze alloy after solid solution,aging,cryogenic 2 h was experienced laser shock processing under different energy,obtained the best mechanical properties and friction and wear properties under laser impact energy of 6 J.
