of ethnic minorities’ traditional culture and arts and crafts teaching reform in the field of vocational education.The document points out the importance of ethnic minority culture inheritance and innovation in vocational colleges.In order to further enhance the professional skills and innovative abilities of vocational college students,especially those in ethnic minority areas,and improve the quality of employment,they must enter the campus through ethnic culture.A measure to cultivate all-round development of high-quality personnel.This means that for the current secondary vocational education fashion design profession,it is not only the education of the first-line talents in the apparel industry,but also the education of all-round development of talents with artistic quality and creative ability.Guangxi,a large ethnic minority province that is inhabited by many ethnic groups,has rich teaching resources for arts and crafts of ethnic minorities.However,due to the development of the times,many precious arts and craft resources are gradually being destroyed,and a nation cannot refuse to modernize,but it cannot lose its nationality.The characteristics of these ethnic minority areas are urgently needed to be excavated and inherited.The school is the place where national culture can be transferred as quickly as possible.The teachers and students of the costume design profession are important for inheriting and exploiting and innovating folk arts and crafts.Personnel must rush to the forefront of the national cultural heritage battlefield.At present,in the teaching of the vocational design of the vocational school,there is a "heavy skill",the traditional culture is not deeply infiltrated,the innovation training is insufficient,the level of student’s practical inquiry is not high,the school-based teaching is dominant,and the second classroom is not wide enough.Ethnic minorities traditional grass and trees dyeing is an important part of traditional arts and crafts.It has rich teaching and learning value for vocational clothing design majors who need to master clothing dyeing,and digs the traditional color concept,pattern connotation,production techniques and production contained in grass dyeing.The materials can dig out traditional culture and ecological concepts that have positive significance for modern dress design,and play a significant role in the introduction of design works that have both the traditional national colors and the characteristics of the times.The research proposed enriches the teaching content and teaching methods of the costume design profession and highlights the national characteristics of the costume design teaching.It is hoped that while raising the awareness of teachers in secondary vocational schools in developing and using the traditional resources of ethnic minorities,we will strive to open up methods and approaches for the teaching of vocational clothing design for local cultural construction.The school.Based on the problems found in the clothing design majors of the secondary vocational schools that were discovered during the previous research,the introduction of the cultural connotations of regional minorities such as culture,regional,and mobility has been fully consistent with the educational concept of multiculturalism,which can enrich the content of traditional culture teaching.The process of learning the techniques of dyeing color control,tie-dyeing,and batik in grass and trees is in line with the educational concept of“doing high school",which can improve the level of students’ practical exploration;the convenience of drawing dyes and dyes,the richness of fabric can be dyed,and the ecological nature of the dyeing process.The introduction of the concept of ecological education in line with the green can promote the formation of three values of creation under the concept of student’s ecology.It shows that the development and utilization of the minority
