With the rapid increase of global energy consumption,it is urgent to develop new energy-saving building materials to replace the existing building materials,and sludge-based ceramsite foam concrete is the treatment application of municipal sludge.Sludge based ceramsite ceramsite foam concrete has the advantages of fire prevention,heat preservation,sound insulation,environmental protection,economy,waste benefit and durability.This paper studied the influence of various factors on the performance of sludge ceramsite foam concrete and the influence of pore structure on the performance of sludge ceramsite foam concrete.This article first to the ceramsite foam concrete mixture ratio of slurry,regulating water/cement ratio,rapid hardening sulphur aluminate cement replacement ratio,replacement ratio of fly ash,silicon ash replacement ratio,foam dosage,the effects of various factors on the properties of foam concrete,as measured by dry density and compressive strength,find out the preparation of sludge ceramsite foam concrete slurry optimal proportion.Secondly,the influence of various factors on the performance of sludge ceramsite foamed concrete was studied,and the content of ceramsite was changed to 30%,40%,50% and 60%,respectively.The change rules of dry density,compressive strength,water absorption and softening coefficient of sludge ceramsite foamed concrete were explored.Finally,the effects of different pore structures on the compressive strength of sludge ceramsite foamed concrete were studied and the correlation was obtained.The results of the research on foamed concrete show that when the dry density of foamed concrete is 897.4kg/m3 when the water-binder ratio is 0.45,the fly ash content is 20% and the foam content is 0.8 times of the cement slurry volume,the maximum strength of foamed concrete with the same density grade is 8.3mpa.Sludge base ceramsite foam concrete research results show that with the increase of ceramsite content,dry density,ceramsite foam concrete compressive strength decreases,bibulous rate is gradually reduced,softening coefficient of rendering first increases and then decreases,when the ceramsite content is 30%,the sludge ceramsite foam concrete dry density of 893 kg/m3,the compressive strength is 7.6 MPa,namely the density level of 900,strength grade for MU7.5.At this time,the thermal conductivity of sludge-based ceramsite foamed concrete is 0.14 w /(m·K),the mass loss rate of 15 freeze-thaw cycles is 3.2%,and the strength loss is 14%.Base sludge ceramsite foam concrete pore structure research results show that the compressive strength of sludge ceramsite foam concrete are influenced by the pore structure,when the sludge ceramsite foam concrete small porosity,aperture hours,its compressivestrength to achieve the optimal,the compressive strength and porosity show inverse correlation,the compressive strength and the correlated to the average aperture.In addition,it is found that the pore structure of concrete can be adjusted simply by adjusting the content of ceramsite and foam,so as to realize the regulation of its compressive performance.
