The user's semantic experience with car interiors can determine their purchasing behavior to a large extent.In order to grasp the user's semantic experience and optimize material selection at the stage of the automotive interior design,taking the automotive interior PU leather material as the research object,using kansei engineering technology,based on user perception,the relationship between texture features and semantics of product material was studied,and an evaluation method of material satisfaction was proposed.The main tasks are as follows:(1)Proposed the use of supervised learning to fit the relationship between texture features and semantics of product material,then established the product material texture features evaluation method and product material semantics evaluation method respectively in order to lay the foundation for subsequent relationship fitting.(2)Participated in the development of a product material evaluation aid system,which can significantly improve the experience and efficiency of product material texture feature data collection and semantic data collection.Then,using this system,texture features data collection and semantic data collection of 130 kinds of PU leather materials were performed.(3)Based on the data,the BP neural network was used to realize the fitting of the relationship between texture features and semantics of product material,the using the improved BP neural network based on particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize the fitting of the relationship.Based on this relationship,the influence of the change of single texture feature of material on the semantics is discussed,and the purpose of selecting material texture features according to the user's semantic preferences is completed.(4)Reference fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,a method for evaluating the satisfaction of product material schemes based on user's semantics awareness is proposed.This evaluation method can obtain the overall relative satisfaction of a user group with material schemes.Using this evaluation method,the satisfaction evaluation of four kinds of automotive interior PU leather material scheme was conducted.
