| With the rise of BIM technology,the construction industry has developed rapidly hence leading to an increase in number of intelligent structures.Due to their huge and complicated structure,these buildings have a complex internal firefighting system which contains large number of components.A lengthy period of time has been required for management and operation of firefighting equipment which has an adverse effect on the reliability of firefighting system.The traditional management mode of fire equipment is backward and inefficient to deal with current management requirements.Therefore,based on the real life operational and maintenance management issues of firefighting equipment,an efficient firefighting equipment maintenance and operation management model has been proposed in this study.This model aims at solving problems existing in traditional operation and maintenance management,using the characteristics of BIM information integration sharing and visualization.A practical and feasible technical plan was formulated,a visualized and informatized fire equipment maintenance and management platform was constructed,and refined comprehensive management of firefighting equipment was carried out to ensure the continuous and reliable operation of firefighting equipment.This study mainly completed the following work:(1)Build a BIM model in Revit,and use the features of BIM model information integration sharing and visualization to establish a visual operation platform.Combine the SQL Sever database technology,export the device information in the model to the database,and then add other necessary operation and maintenance information,establish a complete and detailed fire-fighting equipment operation and maintenance database,and store the device information in a unified manner.(2)Through the Revit DB Link and ODBC(open database connectivity open data connectivity)database,completed the dynamic update and interaction of information between the BIM model and the fire-fighting equipment operation and maintenance database.(3)Introduced the lightweight browsing technology of BIM model based on WebGL,Use Javascript language to embed BIM model in webpage and integrate with fire equipment operation and maintenance management system.Completed the visual management system,3D roaming,rapid positioning and viewing of fire-fighting equipment.(4)Through the case of a stadium,specific management process of firefighting equipment maintenance management system was demonstrated and its effectiveness was verified.The research shows that the BIM-based fire equipment operation and maintenance management system adopts a visualized and information-based operation and maintenance management model,which effectively avoids many problems in the traditional fire equipment management and realizes the dynamic and sustainable management of fire equipment life-cycle information.It prolongs the service life of fire fighting equipment,reduces the cost of operation and maintenance management,and makes the operation and maintenance management of fire fighting equipment more convenient,efficient and intuitive. |
