The equipment of the Railway Vehicle Running Safety Monitoring System(5T Equipment for short)is an important part of the train running safety monitoring system,which has developed rapidly in recent years,it plays an irreplaceable role in the information and intelligent control of the safe operation of railway transportation.Train Hotbox Detection System(THDS for short)is the earliest application time and the largest number of installations,covers the most extensive lines and collects more equipment operation state data,in the whole road of 5T Equipment.This thesis analyzes the current situation and requirements of maintenance information management of 5T Equipment,in accordance with the request of China Stated Railway Group Co.,Ltd(CR)to “Strengthen the ability of systematization,intelligentization and automation in analysis and diagnosis,and provide decision support for the realization of preventive repair and the reduction of excessive repair”,makes THDS a breakthrough,the auxiliary management system of Condition Based Maintenance has been developed through system design,the mechanism of reliable pre alarm and alarm of equipment operation state has been established,and the equipment maintenance system management has been optimized at the same time,gradually change the existing regular preventive maintenance mode into preventive condition based maintenance mode,carry out targeted and accurate maintenance of equipment,reduce unnecessary work on the road,and meet the requirements of the reform of railway management system and maintenance system.The main work is as follows:1.According to the railway management requirements and relevant technical analysis at home and abroad,research programs,objectives and methods are put forward.2.In this thesis,the present situation and demand of 5T Equipment maintenance management mechanism and informatization development are deeply studied,and the optimization of 5T Equipment maintenance mode to meet the urgent need of condition-based maintenance is put forward from three aspects,the task objective of developing the equipment condition-based maintenance management system is established.3.Based on the theory of condition-based maintenance and the data provided by THDS equipment,the feasibility of developing a condition-based maintenance assistant management system is studied.4.Put forward the design criterion suitable for solving the problem,carry on the design of condition-based maintenance system and the overall design of condition-based maintenance system,data flow facilities,framework design,electronic maintenance record design,big data analysis and machine learning design,database design method,and put forward the technical conditions.5.Based on the modules of current data,static data,self-check data,hot target data,calibration data,Maintenance Ledger display,query statistics,data analysis,exception processing,and Electronic Ledger Generation of detection station,the function of the system is analyzed.6.This paper analyzes the black box test of system technical review and the third-party test of software product registration,application security,application security vulnerability,etc..The application practice shows that the developed system plays an indispensable role in the informationization of the status maintenance of the propulsion equipment,through data accumulation and further algorithm optimization,it is expected to realize the whole life cycle management of 5T Equipment from put into use to scrap,intelligently analyze the condition of the equipment,put forward the preventive maintenance scheme,optimize the technical and economic running state of the equipment,and truly realize the all-round information management,to ensure the safe and reliable operation of in-use 5T Equipment,and to maximize the role of 5T Equipment for railway transportation safety.
