In the process of continuous hot dip galvanizing,the cold rolled steel strip the use of zinc pot equipment for galvanized steel strip surface is a typical hot-dip galvanizing production process,steel belt in the zinc plating stage,zinc pot generated floating zinc slag will be affixed to the steel strip surface,resulting in galvanized plate plate surface defects.In order to reduce the defect of steel strip plate surface,in order to solve the technical problems in the design of the zinc pot,the distribution of zinc slag in zinc pot and the analysis of the hazardous area of slag removal are the key to the design and simulation of the working device of the zinc-pot-waterlogged robot.The main research work is as follows:(1)Hot-dip galvanized zinc Pot Model design: By constructing the geometrical model of zinc pot and zinc liquid,the distribution law of physical field in the river basin is obtained,from the calculation results,the relative danger zone of regional waterlogging residue is forecasted,the geometrical distribution of zinc slag in zinc pot is predicted,which provides important theoretical basis for the design of slag removal robot.(2)Design of working device for slag-making robot: using AutoCAD software,the paper designs the working devices of the seventh axle flange of robot,such as fishing slag tool,slag scoop,Slag hopper and so on.(3)The working algorithm of the flood-residue robot: Through the State program transformation Design,explains the data program of the rapid,makes use of the theory of finite state machine to optimize the running efficiency of the program,shows the example of program function block design and solves the practical problems.(4)Robot motion simulation: Using Robotstudio simulation software,establishing the virtual production line of the hot Dip Galvanizing unit,loading the simulation program in the control machine,carrying out the simulation operation of the robot,verifying the conformance degree of the program,by comparing the quality of the galvanized products before and after using the slag-pulling robot,It is verified that using the slag-proof robot can reduce the defect of steel strip plate surface more than manual fishing slag.
