The frequent occurrence of fire accidents in high-rise buildings has brought huge losses and adverse effects to the society.The long construction period and the concentration of production factors have caused more fire safety hazards in the construction process of high-rise buildings.The source of safety fire protection in high-rise building construction sites is the scientific and rational construction organization design,especially the layout of its general construction.The paper takes the plane layout of high-rise building construction sites as the entry point for the study of construction fire safety management,and studies the application of BIM technology in fire safety management of high-rise building construction sites in order to find out the high-rise building construction fire safety management and BIM technology application.The meeting point of the study provides a theoretical basis and technical support for avoiding and preventing high-rise building construction fires.Firstly,by summarizing the fire factors of high-rise building construction and starting from the constituent elements of the fire hazard source,the paper analyzes the importance of identifying and controlling the trigger factors of fire hazard sources,and the necessity of real-time dynamic inspection of the construction site according to the construction fire safety standards.It also analyzes the applicability and theoretical basis of BIM technology in fire safety management of high-rise building construction.Based on the analysis of the relationship between construction fire safety codes and construction fire hazard sources,the fire safety rules for high-rise building construction were selected and extracted according to the provisions of the construction fire safety regulations,and the BIM-based high-rise building construction fire was constructed through the secondary development of Revit.Safety rules inspection system,and practical application in a scientific research building high-rise construction project.The paper takes the fire safety management of high-rise building construction as the research object,takes the plane layout of high-rise building construction site as the research entry point,puts the perspective on the fire safety inspection on the construction site,and analyzes the construction fire safety regulation provisions to control the fire hazard source.The role played by the trigger is to build a BIM-based fire safety inspection system for high-rise building construction based on Revit's secondary development,and through the practical application of a high-rise building project in a scientific research building,the fire safety inspection on the construction site has been verified.The system's practical effect and application value.
