With the development of economy and technology,a large number of super high-rise construction projects have sprung up.Due to the certain complexity of super high-rise buildings,there are many hidden fire hazards in the construction stage.If they are not identified and controlled in time,the consequences of fire will be hard to imagine.Many scholars at home and abroad have done some research on the fire risk of existing super high-rise buildings,and put forward some effective safety management evaluation methods,but there are few studies on the construction stage of super high-rise buildings.It is necessary to make an in-depth exploration of the fire risk assessment method and system of the super high-rise construction stage,which will help reduce the fire risk of the super high-rise construction projects during the construction stage.This article takes the fire risk of super high-rise construction as the research object,through collecting a lot of fire cases and on-site inspections on the construction site,constructs a fire risk evaluation system for super high-rise construction,and reasonably determines the index weights at all levels.Select the appropriate risk evaluation method and apply it to the actual project,and take practical countermeasures based on the evaluation results.The main research contents of this article are as follows:The article first introduces the development trend of super high-rise buildings and the current fire situation,and analyzes the necessity of fire risk assessment of super high-rise construction.Secondly,by studying the literature of fire hazard source identification,fire risk assessment,IAHP method and GSPA method,an effective theoretical basis is laid for the research of this article.Then,by analyzing a large number of fire cases and on-site construction personnel interviews,the fire hazards in different construction stages of super high-rise buildings were identified,and the causes were studied and summarized.With reference to the fire risk evaluation system of existing buildings,a 3-level hierarchical structure fire risk evaluation system was constructed using the IAHP method,and the interval weight of each evaluation index was calculated.Then use the connection degree theory in the GSPA method to study the certainty and uncertainty of the weight of each evaluation index,describe and normalize it from the three aspects of the same degree,the difference degree and the opposite degree,and calculate it to obtain accurate The overall weight.At last,according to the comprehensive weight of each evaluation index,the importance of each risk factor is sorted,and the fire risk level of the super high-rise project is determined.The GSPA-IAHP evaluation model is used to evaluate the fire risk of JA super high-rise projects.The fire risk level is four.And the risk status is general risk.After analyzing the evaluation results,practical countermeasures are proposed.The empirical analysis verifies the scientificity and effectiveness of the fire risk assessment model for super high-rise construction.
