In the traditional lime roasting production process,most of them rely on the self-weight of the materials to deliver the roasting.Due to problems such as the internal structure of the roasting kiln and the proportion of raw materials,the problem of clogging the roasting kiln is likely to occur.In the process of implementing the plugging operation,Due to the lack of reliable detection methods can not fully dredge the blocking material,and at the same time prone to the occurrence of hot material random spatter resulting in the occurrence of employee burns accidents.In this paper,a mobile mechanical plugging device based on thermal imaging technology is proposed,which plays an important role in the safe production of steel mills and the improvement of production efficiency.The main work of the paper and the results of the research are as follows:The overall design of the mobile mechanical plugging device is carried out,and the overall design scheme of the device is determined by analyzing the working environment and the working space.By combining the requirements of the plugging operation of the device,the transmission scheme of each part is designed and a three-dimensional model is established.At the same time,the structure of the key parts is analyzed,the key parts are designed and the specific models are selected.A three-dimensional model of a mobile mechanical plugging device is established according to the parameters of the design.Using the D-H method to establish the kinematics model of the blocking mechanical device to complete the kinematics solution,using the MATLB simulation to solve the motion space of the blocking device,and finally simulating the movement of the end operator of the blocking device to a known hard block position.Form a trajectory,You can achieve the expected goal of plugging operations.By studying the application of thermal imaging technology in steel mills,the principle of hard block thermal imaging in kiln wall was determined.Reasonable determination of the control algorithm and the selection of control module of the mobile mechanical plugging device,and realize the communication connection with the industrial control machine;Using configuration king software to design the human-machine interaction interface of the mobile mechanical plugging device,and implement control on the industrial control machine,an integrated integrated device is formed.Finally,this paper expounds the operation process of the combination design of thermal imaging technology and mobile mechanical plugging device,and completes the research content of this topic.In this paper,we systematically study how to reduce the labor load and improve the safety factor of the work in the suspension kiln and rotary kiln of MCC Baosteel Technology Services Co.,Ltd.,and solve the problem that the random spatter of hot material leads to the burn of the employee.On the other hand,it is possible to know the blocking situation of the kiln in time so as to solve the problem of the thoroughness of the discharge blocking of the kiln.
