Water pollution has become an important factor restricting China's economic development,and in recent years,the problem of water pollution is particularly prominent.There are many kinds of traditional river control and repair technology,which can be realized by the in-situ remediation technology.Microbial technology has the advantages of simple operation,strong resistance to load,wide applicability and so on.However,conventional technology often has the disadvantages of large investment,energy consumption,inflexible construction and so on.Under this background,this paper developed a set of non power submerged river water purification device,which has the characteristics of simple structure,flexible layout,convenient energy consumption,the development in the actual application,has important practical significance.In this paper,the water purification device is composed of three parts:biofilm carrier,reaction fixer and permeable semi closed port.The water purification device as the research object,this paper mainly tests were carried out in three aspects:1,the natural conditions of the device start-up effect;2,the orthogonal experimental study of a,b,c three kinds of biofilm matrix(factor A),15cm,20cm,25cm fixed diameter(factor B)of the three kinds of reaction,and 40%,60,100%three kinds of substrate loading density(factor C);3,Experimental study on Optimization of process parameters.The main conclusions are as follows:(a)In the mean CODCr concentration was 59.39mg/L,the average NH4+-N concentration in influent 7.52mg/L,keeping the average water temperature is 18.9 degrees Celsius,the hydraulic retention time was 3 day,a,b,c three kinds of water purifier were successfully launched,starting time in 27?35 days.There are a large number of algae in the mature biofilm,the uniform coverage of the microbial community,as well as a variety of protists and metazoan.At this time,device a's removal rate of CODCr,NH4+-N,a matrix of TN,TP were 45%,35%?40%,30%?35%,20%;device b,the removal rate of CODcr,NH4+-N,a matrix of TN,TP were 35%?40%,30%,25%,15%;device c,the removal rate of CODCr,NH4+-N,a matrix of TN,TP were 35%?40%,35%?40%,25%,15%.(b)From the orthogonal experimental results show that the removal of organic matter,B and C factors on the removal effect of factors influence,the best treatment in A1B2C2 condition;nitrogen removal,the removal of TN A1B2C3 the best conditions,the treatment effect on NH4+-N A3B2C3 the best conditions;phosphorus removal,the treatment effect on TP the optimal A3B3C1 condition,A3B3C2 condition of PO43--P removal efficiency is the best.(c)Using the comprehensive scoring method and the comprehensive balance method,combined with the range analysis of each factor,we can get the best combination parameters of the two groups,which are A3B2C2 and A3B2C3,respectively.To further verify the optimized experimental conditions available,A3B2C3 comprehensive water treatment effect is better than the A3B2C2 conditions,and more than nine groups of orthogonal experiments.In this condition,the removal rate of CODcr reached 45.8%and 26%,the removal rate of CODMn,the TN removal rate was 22.3%,the removal rate of NH4+-N was 57.2%,the removal rate of TP was 18.0%and the removal rate of PO43-P was 14.4%.In general,from the start,operation and optimization of the device,the integrated water purifier developed by this paper has practical feasibility and effectiveness.
