CNC system technology is the product of the combination of mechanical manufacturing and control technology.It is one of the core technologies of today's high-end equipment manufacturing industry.The realization of high-efficiency,energy-saving,numerically controlled,networked,and intelligent numerical control systems is an inevitable development direction both abroad and domestically.Of course,as the core of the motion control system,its development directly affects the performance of the CNC system.The traditional numerical control system can no longer meet the current industrial demand.This project has designed a STM32-based high-speed motion control embedded numerical control system and applied in the laser cutting machine.This article focuses on the main control board with MCX314 as the core,a controller designed with the STM32F427ZIT7 microcontroller as the main controller,a capacitance acquisition module based on Pcap01,an S-curve acceleration and deceleration control algorithm,interpolation,and a cutting head.The dynamic system follows the algorithm and other aspects of the study.Compared with the current motion control systems on the market,they are still not perfect in areas such as multi-axis linkage,functional compounding,networking,intelligence,and openness.Through in-depth research,the overall ARM-based high-speed motion control embedded CNC technology is proposed.Design plans,design the corresponding hardware and software.In the Qt development environment,based on the open source drawing software Libre CAD based on the second design,developed a human-computer interaction interface.Realizes the direct drawing on the software,the PC directly transmits the necessary point information and parameters to the lower machine through the network communication mode,the lower machine carries on the analysis and the logic processing,converts into the pulse waveform of the driving motor,has greatly improved Work efficiency.A follower system is involved in the laser cutting machine.Because of the unevenness of the steel,the laser cutting head needs to follow the steel plate quickly to maintain a specific cutting distance.Based on the capacitance measurement system of PCap,a waveform with a certain duty cycle is transmitted to the lower computer through a differential signal for logic processing.A follower system is involved in the laser cutting machine.Because of the unevenness of the steel,the laser cutting head needs to follow the steel plate quickly to maintain a specific cutting distance.Based on the capacitance measurement system of PCap,a waveform with a certain duty cycle is transmitted to the lower computer through a differential signal for logic processing.The actual machining results in the four-axis laser cutting machine GF3015 show that the hardware and cutting machine software designed in this paper are feasible.The movement control algorithm can improve the precision and speed of machining to a certain extent.
