| Mountain flood disaster in Liaoning province is one of the most serious area in China.The mountain flood disaster has been a great problem for the people of liaoning since ancient times.,In order to reduce the harm of flood disaster to the people’s survival and development,the state has invested a lot of funds in the systematic prevention and control of mountain flood disaster in Liaoning province since 2009.The study of mountain flood damage assessment is an important part of flood control and disaster reduction.The mountain flood control area is mostly mountainous area and less developed rural areas,usually lack of timely social and economic data;Moreover,most of the research is conducted in the administrative region as the research unit,and the social and economic data are processed on average in the administrative region.However,the social and economic statistics obtained in this way are evenly distributed in the administrative region and cannot reflect the spatial distribution characteristics of socioeconomic data.Therefore,it is particularly difficult and important to obtain accurate social and economic spatial distribution of small scale in mountain flood area.In addition,due to the complex terrain of mountainous and hilly areas,and many places are inaccessible,it is difficult to carry out the investigation of flood in mountainous areas.In this paper,it is difficult to obtain this difficult problem for the accurate smallscale social economic data.Because the night light data on the characteristics of the surface characterization is truthful and accurate human activity,introduces its as evaluation index,social and economic data of the distribution of space grid,which fully embodies the social economic data on the continuity of space;Then in view of the mountains the flooding of the difficult situation for this problem,the use of dahuofang model to simulate the flow process of mountain torrents curve,and combined with MIKE to carry on the numerical simulation software of flash flood submerged area and depth.Finally,the calculation model of flood disaster loss was constructed by analyzing the loss of different disaster-affected bodies under a variety of water depth conditions,and the calculation of the losses of "8.16" mountain flood disaster in the small watershed of nankou was applied.Compared with the actual loss,the evaluation results show that the method adopted in this paper can be used to evaluate the flood damage in small watershed quickly and accurately.Moreover,it has good feasibility and is of great significance to flood control and disaster reduction. |
