In China,many waste organic glass decomposition and recovery technologies are backward,the equipment is aging,there are large safety hazards,and production safety accidents occur frequently.Grasp the organic glass regeneration process system,the shortage existing security measures,and can't accept the main risk points,safety improvement measures are put forward,and guide enterprises to improve regeneration process organic glass system intrinsically safe level,reduce the risk of the enterprise production safety accident,has important practical significance.This article selected G company as the research object,through the organic glass regenerative process involved in the material,process analysis,research,such as temperature,reaction speed,decomposition of G company device,fractionation,purification device and pre-aggregated device HAZOP analysis,grasp the organic glass regenerative process system existing security measures are low and need to be improved.Then,based on the analysis of HAZOP,six accident scenarios were selected for the LOPA analysis,will not be able to meet the acceptable risk place seen as important risk points,enterprises need to attach importance to safety improvement for the enterprise has been clear about the direction and goals.Then,the ISD design principle is applied to the safety diagnosis and improvement analysis of the process system to further improve the safety control level of the organic glass regeneration process system.Research has shown that by changing the decomposition furnace and heat source,adjust the decomposition workshop layout,nitrogen replacement protection measures on the main process equipment,the main device for temperature,pressure,concentration of combustible gas,and other process parameters monitoring and set the alarm,interlock,minimize people because of the risks of failure.Theoretically,it can achieve good improvement effect,and its risk can be effectively controlled.Through the organic glass regenerative process of G company improved system commissioning,set the wrong operation appear in the process,observed the working state of the commissioning of the equipment and relevant operation parameters and safety measures play a role,to verify the improvement measures are feasible and effective.Through the Inherent Safety Index evaluation method(ISI)for G company decomposition device,fractionation,purification device and pre-aggregated device comparison evaluation before and after improvement,the improved decomposition device intrinsically safe index(considering the safety and compensation measures,similarly hereinafter)dropped from 18.1 to 8.4,a dropof 53.6%;After the improvement,the essential safety index of the distillation unit was reduced from 10.7 to 6.8,the decline was 36.4%,and the essential safety index of the prepolymerization device decreased from 11.9 to 4.2,with a drop of 64.7%.Descriptive G technology and equipment safety improvement measures mainly compensation measures,and after the improvement,essence safety degree are proved obviously,the effect is very obvious,to achieve the desired effect.
