| With the advantage of high calorific,easy transportion and low sulphur content,liquefied natutal gas(LNG)has become an ideal clean energy source.It’s convenient for storage and transportation.With the strong support of national policy,the domestic LNG industry has made great progress.Amine treating and mixed refrigerant cycle process are widely used in small and medium-sized natural gas liquefaction plant.Due to some technique issues and installation problems,some plants have met some abnormal issues during operation that make it necessary to make process diagnosis and system optimization.This paper mainly introducess the development of the aimine treating and deep cooling processin a LNG plant,presented a full simulation of the liquefied natural gas process with the help of Aspen Plus software.After the though diagonosis of the operating condition,someadvices and conmmendations for improvement are raised.The simulation results show that: the incease of the adsoption temperature,theadsorption pressure,and the amine solution ciuculation flow can improve amine adsoption performance.The mixed amine,MDEA diluting with a handful of DEA,has a great advantage over the MDEA solution,and only increase a small quantity of DEA can lead to the refined gas meet therequirement.The energy optimization of the PRICO natural gas liquefaction(LNG)process was also performed with the process simulation software Aspen Plus.A full explaination on the cooling process of natural gas are been given.The affecting factors are been analysed.As to some problems related tounreasonable design and engineering installation,a technical improvement plan has been raised.This paper make simulation studies in order to reduce the energy consumption of natural gas liquefaction system,improve the system efficiency and the quality of the products,which will produce some certain technical guidance and reference significant to similar domestic LNG devices. |
