At present, the global obesity population has risen to 641 million.China has surpassed the United States to become the world's most obese population.Obesity is closely related to unhealthy dietary patterns. Therefore, nutritional intervention for obese people can effectively control the growth of weight.Green bananas are rich in natural resistant starch. The study shows that resistant starch can not be digested by endogenous digestive enzymes in the small intestine, and can not provide glucose for the human body.It is a low calorie food, which can be used as the food for the diet of the people who want to lose weightIn this paper, banana resistant starch was used as the research object.Animal experiments were used to evaluate the weight loss of banana resistant starch with different purity and different doses, and the method of macrogenomics was used to study the intestinal flora of the experimental animals and the method of measuring the short chain fatty acids in the feces in vitro to understand the effect of banana resistant starch on the rat intestine. The main contents and results are as follows:?1?Evaluation of the weight loss function of banana resistant starch: Animal experiments were carried out in accordance with the method of evaluating the weight loss function in Annex 8 of National food drug supervision and protection [2012] No.107 and to evaluate the function of reducing the weight loss of banana resistant starch with different doses and purity. The results showed that banana resistant starch had an obvious weight loss fuction.High dose of banana resistant starch B could extremely significant control the weight growth of obese rats, which was 14.15% lower than that of obesity control group. The medium dose of banana resistant starch A and banana resistant starch B could significantly inhibit the weight gain of the obese rats, compared with obesity group, the decrease rates were 6.78% and 9.06% respectively.Banana resistant starch A and B can improve the lipid accumulation in rat liver caused by high calorie diet. Both of them have the effect of slowing the accumulation of lipid in the liver and the fatty degeneration of the liver cells. It has a certain protective effect on the liver of rats.Banana resistant starch does not affect the intake of obese rats, and does not have adverse effects on the heart, liver, spleen, stomach and lung, thymus and pancreas of the obese rats.?2?The effect of banana resistant starch on the physiological and biochemical indexes of rats : The dietary intervention of banana resistant starch A and B could significantly reduce the level of GLU,TG and TC in rats, thus improving the blood glucose and blood lipid levels in the obese rats.Banana resistant starch A and B can significantly increase the level of serum total protein?TB?and globulin?ALB?,and significantly reduce the level of serum ALT and AST,which can reduce the liver damage caused by high calorie diet, regulate the liver dysfunction in obese rats, and have a certain protective effect on liver. The medium dose of banana resistant starch powder A and high dose of banana resistant starch B can significantly increase the level of serum ADP,Ghrelin and T4 in the obese rats, reduce the level of serum insulin and Leptin in obese rats, improve the level of serum hormone in obese rats and counteract the part of high calorie diet.?3?Effects of banana resistant starch on intestinal microflora in rats: Medium dose banana resistant starch A and high dose banana resistant starch B group could significantly reduce the thickness of thick walled bacteria and significantly raise the level of Bacteroides. The level of bacilli?Bacteroides?and Akk?Akkermansia?in the low dose of banana resistant starch B group was significantly higher than that in the normal control group, the obesity model group and the positive control group. The level of Romboutsia in high dose banana resistant starch B group was significantly higher than that in the normal control group, the obesity model group and the positive control group. The level of fecal cocci?Coprococcus2?and bacteriobacterium?Bacteroides?in the medium dose banana resistant starch A group and the rumen coccus?RuminococcaceaeNK4A214group?level of the medium dose banana resistant starch B group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group and the positive control group.Banana resistant starch significantly increased the content of short chain fatty acids in feces of obese rats, and positively correlated with the dose.
