Powder research has always been one of the main research directions of laser cladding technology.With the development of ultrafine powder technology,the application of ceramic powder in laser cladding becomes possible.In recent years,metal-based ceramic powders have ushered in rapid development.The powdered metal matrix acts as a binder for the cladding layer,and the ceramic powder is coated in a non-metallic phase that serves to improve the properties of the cladding layer.This kind of powder has not only the metal's easy processability,but also the special properties of the ceramic phase.It meets the remanufacturing requirements and is widely used in aviation,mining and other fields.This article mainly from the numerical simulation and experimental analysis of two aspects,preparation of iron-based ceramic coatings,their performance.The specific research content is as follows:Using ANSYS software,a suitable heat source model was selected to simulate the temperature field in the laser cladding process.The appropriate laser power was obtained in the simulation analysis.The analysis results show that when the laser power reaches 3400W,the cladding temperature can be The melting point of Al2O3 and ZrO2 is reached.The simulation results can be used to guide the formulation of the experimental process.According to the properties of powders,five kinds of iron-based ZrO2-Al2O3 powders were designed,and the feasibility of the ratio of each powder was determined by laser cladding experiments.The optimum ratio of various powders was determined according to the experimental results.The effect of laser cladding parameters on the quality of the cladding layer was studied by using the univariate method.Combined with the simulation results,the best process parameters were:laser power 3.4kw,feed rate 4mm/s,and lap rate 50%..Using high-power semiconductor lasers,five kinds of iron-based ZrO2-Al2O3cladding layers were prepared on the surface of 45 steel using the best cladding parameters.The test specimens were cut by wire cutting,microhardness test,friction and wear performance analysis,impact toughness test,fracture scan test,microstructure and X-ray diffraction test were performed on different material samples,and the macros of different test specimens were compared and analyzed.Microscopic properties.The analysis results show that when the 1.5%ZrO2 and Al2O3 powders are added to the coated F90 iron-based powder,the composite coating has the best overall performance.
