Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic(CFRP)is composed of carbon fiber as a reinforcing material and a resin as a matrix material,which has high specific strength,specific modulus and dimensional stability,and excellent corrosion resistance,electrical insulation Performance and comprehensive mechanical properties.The early carbon fiber composite materials were mainly used in the military field.With the improvement of the material properties and the decrease of the cost,the carbon fiber composite materials are increasingly used in the fields of general industry and sports leisure.For example,driven by global energy conservation and environmental protection trends,lightweight design of automobiles has become an effective way for energy conservation and emission reduction of automobiles.The material properties and development trend of carbon fiber composite materials are in line with this development demand.As a very important feature of lightweight auto parts is the need to meet large-scale production,it is necessary to study the preparation of the CFRP composite sheet and the use of sheet metal for rapid prototyping.On the one hand,the preparation of CFRP sheet and its properties were studied.On the other hand,CFRP sheet was used for rapid prototyping experiment.It mainly includes the following parts:Through the differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)experiment and thermal stability(TGA)experiment,the curing reaction process of the carbon fiber prepreg used in the test was analyzed and the theoretical basis for the subsequent development of the autoclave process was provided.Based on the designability of unidirectional carbon fiber prepreg and designed according to DSC test results,two experimental schemes were designed: the same curing temperature curve,3 different pressures(0.4MPa,0.6MPa,0.8MPa)preparation [0/90/0]s Laminate CFRP sheet;under the same pressure environment,[0/90/0]s CFRP sheet with 3 different post-cure temperatures(100°C,130°C,160°C)curves.Through the tensile test and bending test of the CFRP sheet prepared under each experimental scheme,the mechanical properties and composite effects of the composite board under different process parameters were explored.The metallographic experiment of the CFRP sheet was carried out by means of cold inlaying and the section of the tensile bending part was observed by SEM experiment.The interface structure and microstructure of the CFRP sheet were compared under different parameters.A set of suitable drawing dies was designed and fabricated based on the characteristics of equipment and plates.The damage and tensile properties of the specimens after deep drawing were compared.The forming properties of CFRP sheets under different parameters were analyzed.By using the characteristic of pre-impregnated resin matrix softening after temperature rise,a carbon fiber prepreg is proposed to be laminated on a metal aluminum sheet,and the CFRP/Al composite sheet is prepared by deep drawing after the resin is softened and then heated to cure.Deep-piece method.The composite condition of different aluminum surface treatment methods and carbon fiber composite materials after deep drawing was explored.The research shows that the pressure environment is 0.6MPa,the pre-cure temperature is 80°C for 30 min,the post-cure temperature is 130°C,and the heat preservation time is 1.5h.The CFRP design scheme is relatively superior in this regard.Adding silane coupling agent and anodizing treatment can promote the interface of CFRP/Al composite deep drawing parts prepared by direct compound drawing of aluminum sheet and carbon fiber prepreg.In this paper,the method of experimental research was used to study and analyze the preparation process,performance testing and deep drawing formability of autoclave of CFRP sheet.It can provide reference for the actual production and research of composite parts.
