Concrete structure in daily work due to various forms of pull,loading and damage,and in coastal offshore areas,concrete structure will also be eroded by chloride ions,resulting in the destruction of reinforced concrete members.According to different types,no fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete with the same volume of content,under the pull,loading after injury by soaking the chloride solution erosion test and determination of the chloride ion diffusion coefficient.Mainly polypropylene coarse fiber(the volume fraction is 0.6%,0.9%,1.2% and 1.5%),steel polypropylene fiber(the volume fraction is 0.1%+0.8%,0.3%+0.6% and 0.4%+0.5%),steel fiber(volume fraction is 1% and 1.5%)lightweight aggregate concrete,under 40%,60% and 80% of the ultimate tensile load,after injury,the residual strain and the maximum strain produced.The specimens were sliced after injury test and determination of chloride ion,chloride diffusion coefficient.Analysis of the strain and the chloride ion diffusion coefficient.The paper mainly completes the following research:1.Polypropylene coarse fiber made of different volume,lightweight aggregate concrete coarse steel polypropylene fiber and steel fiber specimens and the determination of the compressive,tensile strength.The results show that with the increase of the fiber volume fraction,lightweight aggregate concrete compressive strength,the tensile strength is improved.2.The different types of fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete of different volume of the ultimate tensile strength,40%,60% and 80% load damage level,and determination of the residual strain and the maximum strain value.The results show that with the increase of the fiber volume fraction,fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete in 40%,residual strain 60% and 80% load after injury and the maximum strain value increased gradually,and showed a certain growth range.3.After the pull,the pressure of fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete specimens after loading damage,the chlorine ion solution saturated salt vacuum,the chloride ion diffusion coefficient were measured.The results show that as the load level,the chloride diffusion coefficient of fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete increases gradually,the resistance of chloride ion in the ability to destroy the weakened.4.The residual strain measured under various load levels of fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete values were compared with the chloride ion diffusion coefficient.The results show that the residual strain in each load level the measured value and the chloride diffusion have certain proportional relationship between coefficients and the data distribution changes in a certain range.
