With the development of economic construction,and the rapidly growth of cement production,the resulting environmental pollution and energy consumption problems are also increasingly significant.In the 21 st century,environmental protection and energy conservation is advocated.Inorganic Polymer Lightweight Aggregate Concrete(IPLAC)which fit the development direction of concrete materials research was emerged.This material can solve the environmental pollution caused by cement production and energy consumption.It also has the advantages of light weight,high strength,heat preservation and heat insulation,which can make up for the shortage of ordinary concrete.In order to gain a thorough understanding of the basic properties of this material,the following studies are carried out in this paper:(1)In order to get the IPLAC with superior performance,the mixture ratio of IPLAC was designed based on the experience data and relevant standards,the performance of the raw materials were studied,the specimens production process and the related main attentions were introduced.(2)In this paper,the mechanical properties of IPLAC were studied by experiments,and its influence factors were analyzed.The results showed that: When the water-cement ratio is larger than 0.38,the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and elastic modulus of IPLAC increased with the decrease of water-cement ratio;When the water-cement ratio is less than 0.38,the influence of water-cement ratio was no longer significantly;There is an optimal sand ratio,this test was 40%;The 28-day compressive strength of IPLAC with pre wetting lightweight aggregate was higher.(3)The stress-strain curves of IPLAC were obtained by experiments.On the foundation of experiments curves,the constitutive relation curves of IPLAC were fitted by Guo Zhenhai constitutive equations.The experiments curves and constitutive curves were in good agreement.(4)Through the flexural tensile experiments,this paper had analyzed the flexural tensile performance of IPLAC and layered steel fiber reinforced inorganic polymer lightweight aggregate concrete(LSFIPLAC).The experiments results show that the layer steel fiber reinforced structure can effectively improve the flexural tensile strength and flexural toughness of IPLAC in small amount of steel fiber under bending.Compared to plain concrete beams,the flexural performance of 0.9%,1.2% and 1.5% specimens which were in the incorporation of steel fiber increased by 35.44%,38.52% and 40.03%,respectively,and the flexural performance of double laying steel fiber specimens(upper 0.9%+lower 1.2%)increased 39.24%.(5)The compressive stress-strain constitutive relation of IPLAC was proved reliably by ABAQUS.And the flexural tensile experiments of LSFIPLAC were simulated by ABAQUS.The simulation results had been compared with the experimental results.And the strength characteristics of LSFIPLAC were analyzed.These studies of IPLAC were conducted to provide a reference for its further research and application.
