Cyclic utilization of waste rubber powder can reduce environmental pollution effectively,at the same time,the application of pasture fible is regarded as an important measure oflow carbon construction industry.In order to make rational use of these two materials,this article studied how the different mixing amount(0,1/300 or2Kg/m~3,1/200 or 3Kg/m~3,1/100 or 6Kg/m~3)of pasture fible(unmodified?physically modified method?chemical modified method)and different particle size(20 mesh3%,60 mesh 3%,80 mesh 3%)rubber powder influence the character of mechanical properties of the cement mortar,based on the cement mortar mechanical properties test and microscopic analysis.The article got the best modified method of pasture fible:chemical modified method.Then,the article also studied how the different mixing amount(0,2Kg/m~3,3Kg/m~3,4Kg/m~3,5Kg/m~3)of chemical modified pasture fible influence the character of mechanical properties of concrete mixed different particle size(20 mesh 3%,60 mesh 3%,80 mesh 3%)rubber powder,based on the compressive strength test?microscopic analysis?bubble structure analysis and grey correlation degree analysis.The main results include:(1)Flexural compression ratio of baseline group can be promoted,when only mixed pasture fible(unmodified?physically modified method or chemical modified method).The chemical modified method is better than others of rubber powder cement mortar to promote fluidity?bending strength?compressive strength and flexural compression ratio.(2)Whether concrete texting groups only mixed chemical modified method pasture fible or mixed chemical modified method pasture fible and rubber powder at the same time,the compressive strength was lower than baseline group.The compressive strength of concrete texting groups,which added chemical modified method pasture fible and rubber powder,can reach the highest when the chemical modified method pasture fible mixed 3 Kg/m~3.(3)This article setted up the equation of Un-dimensioned process on complete stress-strain curve of texting groups(A-3?B-3?C-3)mixed chemical modified method pasture fible and rubber powder at the same time,by researching stress-strain curve of chemical method pasture fiber rubber powder concrete.(4)Bying grey correlation degree analysis,this article got the influence of air void parameters on 28d compressive strength of chemical modified pasture fiber rubber powder concrete:mean chord length>spacing factor>specific surface area>air content.
