With the development of the automobile industry,the waste tire waste has increased rapidly year by year,and the large-scale "Black Pollution" formed has been difficult to be degraded and eliminated within a century.Its toxic components will cause damage to soil and water bodies.At the current stage,it is mainly processed and utilized through renovation,cracking refining and crushing to produce rubber powder.And adding waste rubber powder into concrete can improve its toughness and durability and reduce raw material consumption.In recent years,China has gradually begun to develop large-scale infrastructures in harsh environments such as sea-crossing bridges and western development,and urgently needs concrete materials that can resist brittle cracking and environmental damage.Although the rubber concrete meets the requirements,the compressive strength loss is large.Therefore,the application range is widened by adding modifiers and incorporating basalt fiber and ground slag powder.This article conducts performance tests on rubber concrete after using modifiers,and selects the most suitable modifiers.Then through the performance test of single-mixed concrete,determine the appropriate range of the amount of certain materials.After orthogonal test and analysis,determine the optimal mix ratio of rubber-fiber-slag concrete,and prepare test specimens for comparative tests.Finally,the electric flux test was performed on the mixed concrete with the most suitable ratio.The research results show: The best modification of rubber concrete is epoxy resin with 4% cement mass.The suitable blending ranges of rubber powder,basalt fiber and slag powder are: 5% ? 15%,0.10% ? 0.20%,35% ? 45%,and the optimal blending ratio is: 6% of rubber powder,0.15% of basalt fiber,and 40% of slag powder.The decrease of the electric flux of the concrete after the single addition of 6% rubber powder,0.15% basalt fiber,and 40% slag powder is 32.8%,26.1%,40.4% of the initial value,and the decrease after combined compounding is 48.6%.From the test results and analysis,it can be known that the composite addition of materials can improve the mechanical properties and durability of concrete,which has certain practical significance for broadening the application field of rubber concrete.
