This study we use LC/MS/MS and atomic absorption spectrophotomerer determined and analyzed the type and contents of aminoacids,fatty acids and minerals in camel blood,demonstrate the nutritional value of camel blood.Then forty C57BL/6 male mice were used to establish the tppe 2 diabetes model by combination of high-fat diet and streptozotocin(STZ)and then were randomly divided into normal control group(NC),diabetic model group(DC),s EH inhibition low dose group(s L)and s EH inhibition high dose group(s H),intervention with s EH inhibition t-AUCB to indirectly prove the relationship between EETs and type 2 diabetes.Furthermore,we expectation to develop a camel blood product that can improve type 2 diabetes.Camel blood analysis result show that:(1)The camel blood contains of thirty-four amino acids,including 8 essential amino acids,and histidine,which is essential for the growth and development of infants and young children,The composition of amino acids in camel blood conforms to the FAO/WHO recommended protein reference model.(2)The camel blood contain of nineteen fatty acids,includes the high biological activity of oleic acid and linoleic acid.(3)Determination of the common ten kinds of mineral elements,found that the calcium,copper,iron,zinc,manganese content of camel blood are high,and the Cu/Zn ratio is very low.s EH inhibition intervention of type 2 diabetic mice results show that:(1)s EH inhibitors can improve the blood glucose level and tolerance of OGTT and ITT in type 2 diabetic mice,and there is no significant difference between high and low dose groups(P>0.05).At the same time,s EH inhibitors can also reduce serum insulin levels,insulin resistance index,and insulin sensitivity index in diabetic mice and the high-dose group works better(P<0.05).(2)s EH inhibition significantly reduce total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)in type 2 diabetic mice(P<0.05),for TG,the effect of high-dose group was more pronounced(P<0.05).The activity of SOD and CAT in liver of mice after s EH inhibition intervention increased significantly(P<0.05),high and low dose groups have no significant different(P>0.05),the activity of MDA between different dose group has no diffenent(P>0.05).(3)The histopathological result showed that,s EH inhibition had protective effects on liver and pancrease in mice,and the effects of high-dose inhibitors were more significant.(4)Compared with the diabetic model group,the expression and activity of IRS-1,PI3K-P85 and AKT1 in s EH inhibition intervention group were all significantly increased(P<0.05),for IRS-1 and PI3K-P85,there was significant difference between low dose group and high dose group(P<0.05).Based on the above results,it can be seen that s EH inhibition have a positive effect of type 2 diabetes,and the high-dose group has a better effect.
