The traditional building has many disadvantages,such as long construction period,low production efficiency,poor environmental benefits and many hidden dangers.In order to advocate the concept of green sustainable development,the pref-abricated building with energy saving,environmental protection,short period of time and guaranteed quality has become a new trend in the development of the construction industry.At present,the development of prefabricated building in China is affected by many factors,and the process of development is slow.The construction safety of prefabricated building is one of the main factors.However,the research on the safety evaluation of prefabricated building is relatively few in China.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the construction safety evaluation of prefabricated building.Based on the current standards,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the construction and the main factors affecting the safety of the construction.With reference to the relevant research at home and abroad and the actual situation of the construction site,the initial index of the construction safety evaluation of the prefabricated building is established.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey,taking the evaluation scores of each index as the basic data,using the rhombus thinking method,the key influence indexes of the construction safety of the assembly building are screened.The 4 first grade indexes including the personnel quality,the mechanical equipment and technology,the safety management,the environmental factors and the 21 two grade indexes are constructed.Thirdly,the construction safety evaluation cloud model of prefabricated building is set up.The comprehensive weight of the index is determined by AHP and entropy weight method,and the construction safety grade is determined by comparing the similarity between the standard cloud and the comprehensive evaluation cloud in the model.Finally,taking the 18 Street residential project in Pingliang street of Yangpu Dis.trict,Shanghai as a case,the above safety evaluation models and methods are applied,and some suggestions and measures are put forward to improve the safety grade of the project.It will provide reference for future safety evaluation of prefabricated building construction,and promotes the healthy and stable development of the prefabricated building.
