Since the 21 st century,China's high-rise construction industry has developed rapidly,and the high-rise construction industry also accounts for a large proportion of China's national economy.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the number and scale of high-rise buildings,the construction industry has entered a period of prosperity.However,the safety management aspects of high-rise building construction are also very prominent,causing frequent high-rise building casualties.Although China has promulgated a series of safety laws and regulations in recent years,due to the lack of relevant safety awareness of high-rise building construction personnel,and the lack of regulation,the safety management of high-rise buildings in China has many problems.Based on reading a large number of literatures and related theories,this paper analyzes the safety management of high-rise buildings.Combined with the characteristics of building construction and related accident case analysis,four first-level indicators of human factors,machine factors,building characteristics factors and management factors,and 23 second-level indicators were obtained,and the safety management of high-rise building construction was constructed.Indicator evaluation system.According to this evaluation system,the combination of analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method is used to combine the weights to obtain the final weight.The analytic hierarchy process determines the subjective weight,and the entropy weight method determines the objective weight.Finally,the cloud model evaluation method is used to establish a safety evaluation model,and the safety evaluation of the construction safety level of a high-rise community is carried out.Taking a high-rise residential district in Beijing as an example,the construction safety management evaluation was carried out according to the actual situation of the high-rise residential building construction.Finally,the evaluation level of the high-rise community is “safe”,and the corresponding rectification suggestions are put forward.The evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation,which shows that the model is feasible and can provide reference for the improvement of building construction safety management capability.In this paper,the analytic hierarchy process,entropy weight method and cloud model evaluation method are applied to the high-rise building construction safety evaluation,and combined with the actual project,it provides a theoretical basis for improving the safety management ability of high-rise building construction,and provides relevant evaluation for this aspect in the future.Drawing on the value.
