Evaluation On Safety Status Of Zaoquan Coal Mine Of Shenhua Coal Group In Ningxia

The coal mine is a complex production system that integrates multi-level departments.In the process of actual production,there are often many hidden dangers of coal mine disasters,such as gas explosions,gas suffocation,and roof top gangs.No matter what kind of accidents happen to the mining area,Workers have caused incalculable damage to property and occupational hazards.Therefore,how to prevent the occurrence of coal mine disasters is very important.Effective safety status assessment can identify and analyze the hazards and harmful factors in production,predict the possibility of accidents or occupational hazards and their severity,and propose scientific,reasonable and feasible safety response measures or suggestions based on the results.Combining the actual production conditions of coal mine disasters,objectively analyzing the hazards and harmful factors in the coal mining production system,selecting the appropriate analysis method to evaluate the safety status has become a key issue to ensure coal mine production safety,which has important practical significance for preventing coal mine safety accidents.On the basis of the actual investigation of underground mine safety status in Zao Quan,2 representative underground mining areas were selected as samples,and the safety problems and risk factors were analyzed.Secondly,the paper established a safety evaluation index system of underground mine safety in Zao Quan.Based on FTA(Fault Tree Analysis)and Causality chart(Fishbone Diagram),the overall evaluation of the underground mine safety situation in Zao Quan area was completed.Finally,according to the results of the evaluation,the accident hazards of the coal mine are analyzed,and the corresponding rectification measures and recommendations are proposed in terms of safety management and safety technology.The research results accord with the actual situation of the underground mine in Zao Quan area,and it has a certain reference value and guiding significance to improve the safety of underground mine safety problems in Zao Quan area,promote the continuous improvement of production safety situation in Zao Quan area,and effectively promote the production safety standardization construction of underground mine in Zao Quan area.
