Comprehensive Evaluation And Control Countermeasures Of Coal Mine Safety

Recently,The coal mine accidents are coming down,but major workplace injuries are still happen,This means that China's coal production safety situation has entered a new period.Coal mine safety production is related to the development of economy and people's property safety,If we have not handled properly,not only it may cause great losses,but also cause social contradictions and irreversible effects.First,according to technology of coal mine safety production and the relevant regulations of coal mine safety production,This paper regards Tangshan Kailuan(Group)Linnancang Mining Company as the engineering background,and identifies the common source of mine's risk.The results show that the main risk factors of mine accidents are gas explosion,fire and water inrush.Secondly,the comprehensive evaluation system of coal mine safety is established,and the quantitative risk assessment is carried out by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Through comparing with the evaluation set,the safety factor of the mine project is relatively safe,and it is considered that the mine project is safe in general.Thirdly,when determining the weight of the two comprehensive evaluation system,according the condition of coal mine prevention and fire prevention unit and gas to prevent the higher unit weight,The mine gas accident,prevention,fire extinguishing system,ventilation system and water inrush accident assessment unit are established.The qualitative evaluation and analysis of the above evaluation units were carried out by using the pre risk analysis method(PHA)and the fault tree(FTA).Structural importance ranking of the basic events affecting the occurrence of the top events is carried out.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the safety control measures of coal mine production are put forward.The ultimate goal of this article research is to select reasonable evaluation methods and means according to the actual condition of project,and provide mine safety evaluation reference for the future.
