As one of the key equipment of coal mining equipment,the shearer is commonly known as the "big three machine" with the hydraulic support and the scraper conveyor."Big three machine" is the core equipment to realize "few people's automated working face",and the automatic working face with shearers as core is an important part of today's research.At present,the production of coal mining equipment has made great progress in our country,and most of the coal mines have realized mechanized coal mining.Relative to other industries,the degree of automation and intelligence is still low.Most coal mines are manually cut coal by hand.It is our ultimate goal how to liberate coal mine workers from the bad environment.Taking the automatic cutting control technology of the non chain electric haulage shearer as the research goal,combined with the actual mining method and the mining technology,this paper puts forward the parameterization automatic memory cutting control method and the control path.The control demand is simplified by taking the mining height,position and process flow as the control target.First,the height and location data of the shearer's left and right cylinders are calculated through the sensor measurement,and the 2 dimensional model of the shearer is established.Secondly,according to the different mining processes of different coal mines,the process of memory cutting process of the shearer is parameterized.Finally,according to the actual geographical changes and the site needs,artificial remote intervention adjustment.The automatic cutting control technology of memory cutting and remote intervention is realized.In addition,in order to better achieve the suitability of shearer mining height and coal seam change,this paper proposes a control strategy applied to the selection of mining height points based on immune algorithm.The control algorithm is to optimize the sampling point of the shearer by artificial immune algorithm,so that the larger error points in the sampling points can be removed,and the appropriate data can be calculated to fill.The integration of the whole control system to the geographical environment is enhanced.Finally,according to the MG620/1660-WD type coal mining machine in Xi'an coal mining machinery limited company,this paper designed the hardware and software,and the analysis of the test data in simulation,finally obtains the control strategy by increasing the accuracy and response speed greatly in shearer automatic cutting system,improve the system to adapt the performance of complex geological environment.
