At present,most of the domestic shearers still rely on manual operation of shearers to cut coal.The labor intensity of workers is high,and the safety is low.To realize the automatic work of three machines in fully mechanized coal mining face can improve the mining efficiency and safety,reduce the labor intensity of workers and reduce the occurrence of unsafe accidents.The automatic height adjustment technology of shearer is one of the key technologies to realize the automation of three machines in coal face.Therefore,it is necessary to study the automatic height adjustment technology of Shearer in depth,so as to improve the automation level of fully mechanized coal face and provide technical guarantee for coal mine safety production and efficient production.This paper studies the structure of shearer height adjustment mechanism and the working principle of height adjustment hydraulic system,analyzes the relationship between the height of the drum and the stroke of the cylinder,and establishes the shearer drum height adjustment system model.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the mainstream automatic height control at present,puts forward the key problems of the automatic height control technology of shearer,establishes the shearer memory cutting model through the study of the attitude and position positioning of shearer,and studies and analyzes the law of the change of the shearer drum load and vibration in operation,aiming at the current memory.There is a poor adaptability in the automatic adjustment of cutting mode,and a memory cutting trajectory optimization scheme is proposed.The working principle and flow of data fusion technology are studied,and the cutting medium of memory points on the cutting path is identified by BP neural network algorithm.The memory value of the drum height on the cutting path is adjusted,and the cutting path is re-planned to optimize the cutting path.According to the theory of automatic height adjustment,the automatic height adjustment control system is designed,and the installation field simulation experiment and industrial experiment are analyzed.Through the simulation experiment of the installation site and the industrial test of the shearer working face,it is shown that in the process of automatic heightening control of the memory cutting,through the detection of the state of the memory points to optimize the memory cutting planning path,the shearer can be better controlled for automatic heightening,and the expected function is achieved.
