During the long wall mining,there is a need to set up protective coal pillar,leaving a large amount of resources wasted due to the remaining pillar remaining.In order to improve the recovery rate of coal resources and increase the recovery efficiency,it is imperative for the gob side entry retaining without pillar mining technology.As a representative of Halagou coal mine in Shendong mining area type coal mine gives conditions for shallow overburden,Bo Jiyan,for the aeolian sand loose layer,compound roof,coal seam dip small coal in thick coal seam and strata pressure obviously,suitable for cutting top relief without coal pillar mining technology.The 12201 fully mechanized working face of Halagou coal mine roof cutting unloading along goaf mining based top relief gob process pre split large deformation of cable supporting key technologies such as mechanism of seam blasting technology and constant resistance through the analysis of cut,put forward 12201 fully mechanized face cut top relief reuesed Xiang technology implementation plan,including the constant resistance tunnel cable support,pre splitting blasting and cutting block rock bolting.The hydraulic resistance change,fully mechanized working face of mine pressure behavior and roadway anchor stress,roadway deformation,single prop force situation of mine pressure observation,analysis of the cut top relief gob in 12201 fully mechanized face application effect;by gob gas observing changes,according to the goaf other inert gas analysis,the degree of difficulty of governance.The engineering application results show that the roof cutting and pressure releasing industry can effectively reduce the roof pressure of the working face,and through the new technology of constant resistance anchor rope to increase the roof support strength,the mining mode of two working faces sharing a single channel is opened.This technology not only can cancel the two working face protection coal pillar,greatly improve the recovery rate for this work,after interference of mine pressure law has played a guiding significance for the day after the high mining gob technology provides a reference,but also can provide guidance for new coal mining methods.
