The emission reduction of sulfur dioxide is one of the most important tasks for China's "twelfth five-year" major pollutant emission reduction,which is the inevitable choice of China's sulfur dioxide emission base and limited environmental capacity.In this paper,through the research on the transformation ofthe original desulfurization system of 58 MW coal burning boiler in a heat source plant in Ji'nan,the existing problems are raised and the problems are modified.Through the analysis of the 168 test on the transformation of the new system and a heating season runs,that the transformation of the expected effect,and put forward suggestions on improving the system operation scheme,the system defects is statistically eliminated.In this paper,the economic cost of the heating season is analyzed,and the wet desulfurization with brothers unit transverse data contrast can be seen that under the current emission standard,half dry process desulphurization than wet desulphurization tons of coal desulfurization cost about5.6 yuan.And in the boiler operation stage,to ensure the temperature of the desulphurizing inlet,the smoke temperature of the boiler must be raised accordingly,and the negative pressure of boiler furnace should be improved.Therefore,the thermal efficiency of boiler is about 3%lower than that of desulfurization technology.Then,on the desulfurization system of heating of the two consecutive quarter of data monitoring,think after transforming system can meet the environmental requirements of the temporary,but can't meet the upcoming stricter environmental standards.Therefore,the semi-dry desulfurization technology has been difficult to adapt to the future environmental requirements.For this situation,combined with the advantages and disadvantages of various methods of desulfurization,this paper raised that the technical scheme of desulphurization of wet film is proposed to meet the environmental protection standards in the future.In this paper,the formula for calculating the desulphurization of alkaline slurry in desulfurization process is derived.Based on the formula,the theory of the method is obtained.It can meet the desulfurization demand of coal-fired boiler.FLUENT software is used to simulate the surface of several falling films in this paper.The results show that the flue gas velocity in the pipe desulfurization tube is too high,which can cause the falling liquid film to be dispersed and tear,so as to cause the flue gas to bring water and cause the corrosion of the tail equipment.However,the flue gas velocity of the fin tube is reduced by the perturbation of the fin,so that the falling liquid film is not easily dispersed and torn apart even at the higher flue gas velocity.The desulfurization efficiency of fin tube was 35.2595%and the circular tube was 34.5433%.The desulfurization efficiency of fin tube is higher than that of circular tube.For different finned tube structure,the working condition of 8-90°finned tube bundle and mass transfer characteristics of the best,followed by subsequent working condition of 5-120°,the working condition of5-90°90°,the working condition of 5-90°,the working condition of 5-120°120°,the SO2 absorption rate also decreases in this order.
