The preparation and study of anodic aluminum oxide film has a history of over a hundred years.Because of its unique nano-porous structure,adjustable pore size and highly ordered nanostructure,simple preparation process,corrosion resistance and low cost,it has won the favor of researchers,and has been widely used in the fields of nanomaterials,sensors,photonic crystals and membrane separation,It also has become a hot spot in the international community.Due to the preparation process of anodic aluminum oxide film with small pore diameter is relatively harsh,and which is not mature enough,the results are relatively small.In addition,there are more and more demands for anodic aluminum oxide film with small aperture in various fields.Therefore,this paper mainly explores the preparation of anodic aluminum oxide film with small aperture.The first one is to explore the preparation of anodic aluminum oxide film with small pore diameter at low voltage and low temperature,and the other is to study the effect of glucose on the preparation of anodic aluminum oxide film with small pore diameter,the specific work is as follows:Since the pore size of the oxidation film is mainly determined by the oxidation voltage,a two-step anodic oxidation method is used to prepare anodic aluminum oxide film with small pore diameter in an oxalic acid electrolyte at low voltage(10 V)and low temperature(5 ?).In comparison with the structure of the oxidation film prepared by the constant voltage and the hybrid pulse voltage,it is found that the pore size become smaller at about 9 nm,but the morphological structure is not ideal and the hybrid pulse voltage is better.At the same time,it is also found that both of them have the phenomenon of pore in pore existing,in the process of finding the cause of the phenomenon of pore in pore existing,it is found that the phenomenon is eliminated when the secondary oxidation time drops to 5 min.It is considered that additives have the effect of improving the performance of the preparation of the anodic aluminum oxide film.In this paper,the anodic aluminum oxide film is also prepared by two step anodization in oxalic acid electrolyte with 0 g/L,1 g/L,3 g/L,6 g/L and 9 g/L of glucose under constant voltage.The results show that glucose do not change the process of anodic oxidation;different concentrations of glucose are able to make the film compact,small aperture,however,with the increase of the glucose concentration,the order will be destroyed.under the different glucose concentration,the 3 g/L glucose additive can obtain a smaller pore size(about 15 nm),a certain ordered oxidation film.The structure of XRD shows that the addition of glucose do not affect the amorphous structure;EDS shows that glucose is not involved in the reaction.
