As the basic components of the power transmission,its machining precision and efficiency are the basis for measuring the level of manufacturing development in a country.Worm wheel grinding is a kind of high precision gear grinding method,its processing accuracy can reach ISO3-5.This paper seizes the development opportunities of the machine tool industry in the background of "made in China 2025" national strategy,and will be the YK7236 A worm grinding machine as the research object,the HNC-8 system as a development platform,be devoted to developing a domestic special CNC system which is suitable for the grinding process and meeting the needs of worm grinding wheel grinding control.According to the mechanical structure characteristics of the YK7236 A worm grinding wheel machine,study the grinding processing technic and machining principle,determine the hardware and software's implementation scheme of CNC system,so as to meet the control requirements of the machine tool.Due to the workpiece slide shaft of the YK7236 A worm wheel gear grinding machine,is a servo hydraulic shaft,so this paper selects the incremental pulse axis control module,analog control input and output module and the hydraulic axis position control algorithm as the implementation scheme,to realize the closed-loop control of the hydraulic system in the HNC-8 system.In order to meet the linear follow motion between the workpiece,the grinding carriage feed shaft,the upright column tangential displacement axis,the work piece sliding shaft and the grinding wheel rotation axis,this paper selects the master-slave electronic gear structure as the control model,realize the control of multi axis linear tracking movement in HNC-8system.When the worm wheel grinding modified gear,the nonlinear relationship between the workpiece slide shaft and the axial feed shaft of the grinding carriage is needed to meet,this paper selects electronic cam structure as a control model,use three B spline interpolation algorithm to process the contour data,realize the control of two axis nonlinear follow motion in HNC-8 system.Finally,complete the special CNC gear machine man-machine interface of the YK7236 A worm wheel grinding,and grinding process program related development work.
