Exploration And Practice Of V Process Casting For Aluminum Alloy

This article is based on the cooperation with Chuzhou Jinruo Industrial Co.Ltd.The author participated in the first aluminum alloy refrigerator inner liner mold production line of V-process casting designation,and completed the structural design of the key tooling device such as flask and pumping chamber.And process design and on-site practice their typical products of flat housing complex castings.For its single and small batch nature of the product,a quick model change technology is put forward,for the difficulty to mold the box castings in the casting process,and through the field practice to produce a smooth surface without defective products.Using the v-process,sand clay craft,resin sand casting process to produce different thick cast specimens.And to conduct a comparative study of roughness,hardness,tensile strength,microstructure and other aspects.By comparing various processes casting quality,to make up the blank of quality testing for v-process casting in domestic and international.The author participated in the relief art designation,using ArtCam software for zodiac relief design,Zhangzhou Jindian Technology Co,Ltd used the V-process casting method to turned it into products.Using UG software to design the Su Shi 's artistic relief,The use of v-process casting process turned it into a metal product.Opens up a new way for the design and production of embossed artwork.For many companies the actual production process are single and small batch castings,explored new mold materials and developed a paraffin mold,resin processing EPS foam mold and polyurethane mold,and compare the mold costs,processing performance,service life,and other aspects,to provide reference for enterprises in the selection of mold material aspects.
