Research And Development Of The Bottle Mold Specific Design System

Combined with the Science and Technology Key Project of Zhejiang Province, Development and application of digitized design and manufacturing platform of mechanical product in food and beverage industry, this paper did a research on the comprehensive solution of the bottle mold specific design system taking the demonstration enterprise who applied this project successfully as the application object.We also have a study on constructing parts and components library, variant design based on the Tabular Layouts of Article Characeristics (SML) and blow molding process optimization.Chapter I introduced the research background, field and value, and also discussed the relative research status mainly about the application of digital design technique in beverage bottle mold design, variant design techniques and blow molding process optimization both at home and abroad. Then the main research work of this dissertation was introduced.Chapterâ…¡described the necessity of bottle mold specific design system based on the analysis on the present mold design process and status of the demonstration enterprise. The overall design of this system was conducted and its structure and operation principle was also brought forward. The configuration, function and database of this system were designed, and the application of this system was put forward.Chapterâ…¢about the research on parts and components library. After the function and structure of parts and components library was offered, I studied classification management of the library and the process of building models based on the Tabular Layouts of Article Characeristics.
