With the development of science and technology,the requirement of materials for industry are highly increased,many traditional materials cannot meet the performance requirements of high technology,so people try to make the traditional organic/inorganic hybrid composite material,the composite can achieve the performance of the hybrid materials complementary and optimal.Mesoporous silica nanoparticles with adjustable particle size?orderly channels?biocompatibility?good surface modification characteristics,it has gradually become the carrier of biomedical imaging and catalyst.And the fluorescent material has performance of absorbing the ultraviolet and emitting visible light,it has broad application prospects in areas such as in optics?decoration?anti-counterfeiting and biomarkers.A large number of fluorescent dye is commercialized in the light of high purity,absorption and emission wavelength range covers the whole a visible region,but fluorescent dyes are easily affected by the solvent molecules,large concentration can lead to molecular aggregation and fluorescence quenching,easy photobleaching,small Stokes shift and other shortcomings.Therefore,people try to combine the two materials and achieve complementarity and optimization of performance by loading the dye in mesoporous silica,it can achieve the isolation of dye molecules,and prevent the external solvent and the oxygen environmental impact of molecular,so as to reduce photobleaching?improve the fluorescence intensity and aging resistance,expand the scope of application of organic fluorescence materials.Firstly,the dye was transferred from the organic phase to the aqueous phase,the dye can be protected and tansferred by phase inversion method,and then prepared MSNs silica mesoporous shell by Sol-gel,achieve a step load dye to mesoporous silica channels.In this paper,the influence of each single factor ammonia?TEOS?CTAB?dye concentration on the particle size is studied.through the optimization of experimental formula,fluorescent mesoporous silica nanoparticles size is uniform and in size of 100nm,mesoporous pore size is about 3 nm,nano particles were spherical,with parallel arrangement and regular pore structure,good dispersion.And then discussed the influence of concentration of dye on fluorescence intensity of fluorescent mesoporous silica,we found that the optimal doping mass ratio of dye and silicon dioxide is 1.5×10-3,in that way it can obtain higher fluorescence intensity;The dye of nanoparticles can leaked in water and organic solvent,and it was more likely to leak in organic solvent;RB@MSNs-2 nanoparticles dye thermal stability increased by 20?relative to pure rhodamine B dye,its thermal stability is increased limited by physical coating;but fluorescent mesoporous silica nanoparticles anti ultraviolet resistant aging properties are significantly improved,after 90 minutes ultraviolet aging,the fluorescence intensity of the fluorescent mesoporous silica nanoparticles increased nearly 70%relative to pure dye.Finally,added RB@MSNs fluorescent nanoparticles to the self-made acrylic to prepare a fluorescent coating.in the content of nanoparticles in coating solids content of 1.4%,the nanoparticles can be dispersed with nano state,coating is smooth,higher fluorescence intensity of fluorescent paint;The tensile strength increaseed first and then decreaseed with the increase of the content of nano particles,while the elongation at break of the film had been decreased.After 80 min ultraviolet aging test,the fluorescence intensity of the nano fluorescent film improved nearly 50%compared with the pure dye film.
