The rapid development of garment industry is pursuing footage of design innovation and new technology.It has never ceased to improve clothing production efficiency,pursue comfort in clothing,and strictly control clothing fabric and process quality.The clothing industry today,3D virtual fitting technology gradually into public view,colleges and scholars garment industry practitioners,will have eyes on combination of clothing and three-dimensional virtual fitting technology direction,a three-dimensional virtual fitting technique in pattern simulation effect and research of fabric simulation has got some achievements,this topic will fit in type two piece sleeve dress pattern in the simulation experiment of the 3D virtual fitting system through data analysis to study the morphological changes of armhole and sleeve of the parameters,the relationship at the same time through sample experiments on armhole shape and the sleeve structure parameters for data analysis and test feasibility of three-dimensional virtual fitting experiment method,completely through data analysis to verify the reliability of three-dimensional virtual fitting technology from scientific point of view is more persuasive.The subject of armhole and sleeve as the main research object,from the change of garment piece armhole shape caused by the corresponding change with sleeve angle to study the relationship,the main research contents include: by changing the armhole sleeve in the form of relevant theoretical knowledge of reserves,and other more beautiful garment sleeve pattern design and distribution the sleeve design,analysis of the related factors affecting changes of morphological changes and armhole sleeve angle,the pattern design to the armhole depth point state to distinguish,first is the dress pattern design armhole depth of longitudinal changes based on the second is dress pattern design based on the armhole depth point lateral changes,third is the change of pattern design based on the two conditions at the same time,a total of 56 pattern.Then complete the design pattern in CLO3 D simulation on three-dimensional virtual fitting software,collecting sleeve type static balance without folds,beautiful pattern,front and side of the simulation map,and measurement data and simulation effect of sleeve structure changes on the sleeve pattern acquisition angle(angle and anteversion angle set in sleeve sleeve),through the analysis of SPSS on the data processing,the regression relationship between armhole shape and sleeve structure parameters.Making the final design of the pattern in 32 samples were selected,by fitting the collection of static balance sleeve appearance,no fold forward and side of the photo and measuring sleeve angle,the regression equation of armhole and sleeve angle on the morphological changes of data processing,finally through the linear fitting method and error analysis to test the feasibility of three-dimensional virtual fitting experiment. |
