At present,the fire brigade undertakes the task of comprehensive defense of fire fighting,rescue and disaster relief,firefighters are injured when they perform their duties.One of the major causes of casualties is the head injury.In order not to be hurt in the complicated fire fields,firefighters wear helmets to protect their heads.Due to the single function of traditional fire helmet,and it can not meet the needs of intelligent rescue,so the rescue command center can not realize real-time monitoring of firefighters and disaster scene information.With the development of MEMS technology and network technology,the research of intelligent emergency rescue helmet is imperative.In this paper,an intelligent emergency rescue system based on STM32F103RCT6 development board is designed,it is based on the traditional helmet,including the main controller,camera,multiple sensors,wireless communication module,power module and so on.It is an intelligent information system that integrates data acquisition,information processing and information wireless transmission.This system uses STM32F103RCT6 development board as the hardware development platform of the system,which is used to receive and process all kinds of data.The system uses Keil MDK5 as the system software development platform,designs modular program structure,and completes the compilation and debugging of each module program source on this software development platform.The intelligent information sensing subsystem is composed of a positioning subsystem,an environmental information collection subsystem and a wireless communication subsystem.The positioning subsystem is composed of GPS/BD positioning module and MPU6050 inertial navigation module,which can be used to collect the location information of emergency rescue personnel in real time;Environmental information collection subsystem includes OV7670 camera,MQ-135 combustible gas sensor module and DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor module,and the camera is used to shoot the scene of the disaster and display it on the LCD display screen of the smart helmet.Combustible gas sensor module and temperature and humidity sensor module are used to collect the information of toxic gas concentration and environmental temperature and humidity in disaster site environment.It is used to remind rescuers to pay attention to the hazards existing in the disaster scene;The wireless communication subsystem consists of short distance wireless communication(WiFi)and long distance wireless communication(GSM network),respectively using NRF24L01 wireless module and SIM800 C module.Through the wireless communication subsystem,the data collected by the camera and sensors are transmitted to the rescue command center in real time,and sharing data in real-time between rescuers and rescue commanders is realized.Which improves the efficiency and accuracy of rescue command,judgment and decision-making,finally achieve the intelligent rescue,and better ensure the life safety of rescue workers.After completing the overall design of the system,the functions of each module are tested,respectively.The test results show that: The system can basically achieve the system default function,and basically achieve the information of access to environment and the location information of rescuers.Finally,the article makes a prospect of future research and envisions an intelligent emergency rescue helmet online management system.The intelligent emergency rescue helmet system developed in this paper is accurate and reliable,and has certain reference and significance for the realization of intelligent emergency rescue.
