Underground staffs play a crucial role in the development and acquisition of mine resources,however,the complex work environment,as well as the underground methane gas threaten the lives and safety of mine workers at any time.Therefore,an effective apparatus is necessary to ensure the security.of underground staffs.As the eye for the underground personnel,miner directly affects the lives and safety of mine workers,but unfortunately,miner usually just has a single lamp lighting function,which unable to meet the development needs of multi-purpose lamp.For this reason,an intelligent lamp with multifunction expansion is proposed this paper,which can obtain the distribution of gas and the location of underground personnel.Meanwhile,a system of underground automatic positioning,tracking and rescuing is established,to improve the safety of underground staff,and lastly promote the acquisition and development of mineral resources.The intelligent lamp has the ability of real-time detection of gas,whenever the gas concentration gauge,an automatic audible alarm occurs.In addition,the usage of smart networking technology to fulfill a timeshare segment working mechanism,so as to ensure the illumination length to reach the national standard circumstances,effectively extending the lamp gas detection time and improving lamp battery utilization.For a real-time detection of miners' location in a complex environment to ensure the emergency rescue work,this paper carry out a co-existence of wired and wireless automated underground personnel positioning system,and Inoue monitoring system for real-time control of underground gas distribution and personnel.At the same time,an increase of a rescue system may issue a signal for rescue at the first time of the accident;Inoue staff can obtain accurate position by monitoring the system and take accident rescue operations,which greatly improve the efficiency of the rescue.
