Shaft drilling derricks are the most important and largest equipment in shaft development projects.Hangers, umbrellas, rock grabs and other equipment must be suspended from the derrick.Materials and personnel are also supported by the derrick. The derrick can be said to be the derrick. It is the throat that contacts the ground and underground. This paper studies the accidental load that the drilling derrick may encounter and obtains the law of accidental load. For this reason, the following work has been completed in this paper.(1)Static analysis. In accordance with the requirements of Section 5 of the ?Sinking Engineering Atlas?,the statistics of all equipment on the derrick are applied to the finite element model of the derrick, and the internal forces and static forces of the derrick members are calculated when the derrick works normally under these actions. The analysis mainly provides comparison data for the calculation results of accidental loads.(2)Settlement analysis. The derrick bearings are independent of each other, and the derrick body itself is also a symmetric structure. Therefore,in this paper, the law of the internal force variation of the derrick members is taken into account in the settlement of individual bearings and the settlement of double bearings. The effect of separate bearing settlement on the derrick is smaller than that of the double bearing. In addition, the settlement on the main lifting side in the double bearing settlement has the greatest impact on the derrick, which can lead to damage to the derrick.(3)Dynamic analysis of broken ropes. In the past, the analysis of the broken rope load only applied the breakage force of the wire rope directly to the derrick for analysis. However, neglecting the breakage of the steel wire rope is a dynamic process. Therefore, the lifting process along with the broken rope load was studied as the dynamic load. The study found that the internal force generated by the main lifting side of the derrick will be smaller than the internal force generated by the static load.On the adjacent side of the main lifting side,it is the opposite. This is obviously different from the consideration of breaking the rope into static load.(4)Earthquake response analysis. The weight of wire rope in the sinking equipment can account for 1/3 of the total weight of the equipment.During the construction process, there is still a prestressing force on the wire rope.Taking into account these factors may affect the derrick's dynamic response to the earthquake, this paper establishes The two models respectively calculate their response to the earthquake in order to observe the impact of the wire rope on the seismic response.Through the analysis of the results,it is found that the impact of seismic load on the derrick is small and can be almost ignored.
