Under the background of rapid changes of global climate and environment,urban development in the process of development and human activities on the regional water cycle,the influence of the hydrological process and feedback has become one of the hot issues in the field of regional sustainable development research.The high intensity land use change on the urban scale has caused significant changes and damage to the original water cycle process and natural ecology.With the accelerating process of urbanization,high intensity land use changes in urban scale have caused significant changes and destruction to the original water cycle process and natural ecology.Water ecological problems,such as water disaster,water pollution and water shortage,have become the criticism and hindrance of regional development.The key to the green,healthy and sustainable development of the city lies in how to link the urban development and construction with the protection of the ecological environment.In recent years,the study of urban and regional ecological security patterns provides a new perspective for the scientific solution of the contradiction between urbanization and natural ecological protection.With the proposal of "sponge city",the study of the regional water ecological security pattern of the hydrological effect is gradually rising.This paper,taking Xuzhou as the research area,analyzes the key water ecological problems faced by the water ecological environment of Xuzhou in the past years.From four aspects of rain,flood,soil and water conservation,water conservation and water quality,the water ecological security pattern in the study area is constructed with the help of Geographic information system(GIS)and remote sensing(RS)technology and methods.At the third level,the overall planning of urban development is formulated,and corresponding urban spatial control measures and planning guidelines are put forward.The research results can provide technical support for building a harmonious and ecological ecological city,and provide scientific reference and basis for the mitigation of the urban water ecological crisis,the sustainable utilization of urban water resources and the protection of the regional ecological environment.The main research results are as follows:(1)study and summarize the main existing water ecological problems and the characteristics of the development of water ecological environment in Xuzhou,identify the water ecological factors,hydrological processes,indicators and technical methods to build the water ecological security pattern,and establish a framework for the construction of Xuzhou water ecological security pattern based on GIS and RS.(2)based on the framework of Xuzhou water ecological security structure,GIS and RS technology are used to construct the four single factor water ecological security pattern of flood safety,water and soil conservation,water conservation and water quality safety.The water ecological security pattern of low,middle and high levels in Xuzhou is determined by precipitation operation.(3)according to the water ecological security pattern of Xuzhou,the area that has the function of high water ecosystem service is identified as the "source" area,and space management is carried out to establish the area of block like and group ecological "source" area,and to further determine the connected corridor to form the urban ecological spatial planning pattern of "skeleton with the skeleton".From the view of water ecological security,the requirements of urban space management and control and ecological corridor protection are put forward,and the planning targets for rain and flood storage,water conservation,water and soil conservation,water quality purification and urban planning guidelines at different levels of water ecological security patterns are proposed,and ecological guidance and constraints are taken for the urban space expansion.
